I got my neck tattooed at 15 I regret it not because it looks bad it actually held up great and came out amazing but I decided I wanted to join the military later and they said I’d have to get it removed so that’s why.
I definitely like your perspective on the whole topic. I feel I would be the same way cause I have came across a few ideas I wanted tattooed on me didn’t I waited then I didn’t like the idea after awhile
I started collecting tattoos at age 55. I'm 58 now. My first couple of experiences, unfortunately on my highly visible forearm, were poor, from two different tattooers who obviously didn't give a sh1t about me other than taking my money. They're both ugly, and in the second case, was extremely painful. Some people don't realize that the *experience* of obtaining the tattoo also matters, that you'll remember it every time you look it. I guess that's a long-winded way of saying that your clients are lucky you're so conscientious.
No!!! Do not do it. Do not get a face tattoo for your first. Fill up the rest of your body that can be covered first. A face tattoo is a serious serious commitment. Unless you are okay with working labor jobs for the rest of your life I suggest you don't do it. Even as a tattooer in a shop you will still get looked at like you are crazy.
I agree. I don’t know that people understand the effect something like that can have on their life. Being in a position to be able to get something like that is great, but a lot of people jump in too early and get some trash the regret unfortunately
I have always wanted those spots tattooed but I haven’t done it. I have my back stomach, upper arm and my legs tattooed
Bro coming from a fellow dabbler of the arts, I completely agree with your view. Work into your art👌
For sure dude !

That sucks. I had someone tell me that recently as well. I’ve never been in the military so I didn’t know that

Sorry to hear that!
I’ve dealt with both rude and nice Tattooers. It’s always a mixed bag. Haha
I would recommend getting other parts of the body before you move on to the face
