Wow, I literally requested this on another channel and it was played a day ago . So happy to watch it here. u got into the lyrics and vibe. Excellent reaction. New sub!!!
I saw SG a couple of times in the 90's and have seen Darren Hayes another 5 times, the last time being last year and he is still awesome. He bares his soul on stage. 🎵🎶
@@RolandDeschain1 Sadly, you are correct. It sucks because they are both so talented and were great together!! I Will Always be a big fan of their 2 albums though. I thought I read something somewhere that Daniel was moving his family back to Australia. Not sure if it happened though.
This was the second song released from their self titled album. The year was 1996. I bought that CD and loved it. Darren Hayes, lead singer has a beautiful voice.
Travis & Susie you might want to check out Darren Hayes covering Delta Goodrems Lost Without You live at the 2003 ARIA Awards. Delta was recovering from chemotherapy and Darren sang it on her behalf. It’s a truly beautiful and emotional performance.
Check out SG songs "I WANT YOU", "TWO BEDS AND A COFFEE MACHINE", "I DON'T KNOW YOU ANYMORE". They've got a Big catalog, imo! Savage Garden put out 2 albums and they both are Perfect!! There is not a bad song on either one. Both albums will always be on my play list!! It was a time where it all just resonated with me. It has always stuck with me, still does. Darren Hayes Voice is Amazing!!!! I miss this group, this place in time!

So well written. So beautiful.

Saw them at their last concert, also saw Darren Hayes solo. So amazing. Wish they were still together.
It'll never happen. Daniel Jones has left the music industry entirely. Last I heard he had a business flipping houses in Las Vegas.

"If love was red then she was colour-blind". Amazing lyrics!

His vocals are exquisite, but the lyrics are also incredible. Great stuff, thanks for the reaction.
One of my favourite songs from them. That piano and violin at the end is so good!! 💗 👌

Quite fond of "I want you"
That was their big breakout single,. The first time I heard it on the radio I thought it was a new Roxette song.
I kinda thought this was a lame song back in the day but appreciate it more these days.
Savage Garden/Darren Hayes has the best VOCALS in THE WORLD!!! 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Different, pretty, emotional, good video! 👍
I guess many women have been promised a trip to the moon only to be disappointed.
Was that a young Scarlet Johanson at the end.
Not a bad song on this album
love this song liked the original clip better.
Check out bryan adams summer of 69
1996 the beginning of the decay in music, and this song is an example of that...🙄😣😩
Your comment are the beginning of decay of apreciating music😮
