I love these UA briefs and have worn them for the past few years. The UA brand sometimes has size XS (Extra Small), which fits me perfectly. Although I am a 63 YO man, I have always been skinny (6' tall, currently 122 lbs). The legs don't ride up, the wide waistband is comfortable, and the pouch fits just right (my package is average (at best) and I dislike some underwear pouches which I think are geared to well endowed men).
