I’ve been messing with this app for a few months now. I’ve had a wide range of results for battery life expectancy. Have had 62%, 50% and 69% of new results for the three times I’ve ran the test.
I think it’s really important for the engine to be at operating temp. My 50% result was starting from a very full battery and a coolant temp reading around 150 degrees. I immediately ran the test again, which required reving the engine to recharge the battery to the point where the app could start the test(this was much lower charge starting point than the first test), and the result was almost 20% better score than the first test.
Being able to turn off traction control is worth the expense for this app/reader alone.

Thank you for the comment. I didn't think of the status of the engine when doing this.
