In the past, the working people in Chongqing were not wealthy and needed heavy flavored seasoning paired with animal organs as food to supplement the food shortage. So there is a hotpot museum in Chongqing that introduces the origin of hotpot. By the way, there is a nickname in Chongqing called FOGGY CITY, and the sky is not pollution, but fog.
