With over 25 million Xbox series consoles sold, it is an irrational argument that developers are skipping Xbox because of a lack of market. Sony is hijacking new releases and paying developers to skip Xbox, as they did with Black Myth Wukong, Kena Bridge of Spirits, and other games. Plus, they sponsor RUclipsrs like Digital Foundry to showcase their products and Dreamcast Guy to bad-mouth Xbox releases. It's a dirty game mostly, I'd say, from the PlayStation side. FTC also fights Xbox, as they vehemently did with the Activision purchase. They've never fought against PlayStation acquiring any large studios.
Consoles should always be skipped. They are sub par hardware and offer the worst gaming experience. Make games for PC first and always - then, if there's time, port it to the lower tier consoles.
