Does the male dragon buff physical dmg or fist dmg and what kind of boosts does it give you defense wise if it does?
It boosts dragon communion incantations only amd the female form boosts the capital dragon cult spells. But for both you must use their heart while in the form to get the buff.
do the buffs apply to everything or just dragon stuff?
Just the dragon spells
But the Female Dragon Transformation boosts Ancient Dragon Cult Invocations. So all lightning spells.
Rune level 202 with vigor 50 what a joke.
