Small bikes are great on snow and ice. If you start to go sideways it is controllable. On a big bike you are just eating dirt before you know it. I must admit I really don't miss commuting in the conditions your video was shot in. Cold, damp and low sun - Yeuch ! As for the bike, I really like the level of info on that display and the general look of the finish. Hate the styling but I started riding in the 70's so no surprise there.
Hello!! watched about 10 of your videos the last few days. Good stuff!! Researching to buy a 125cc, first bike. Thanks man, keep up the excellent work :)
Great review, mate.. covered all the aspects for someone considering purchasing a 125cc bike. Would like to see a review of the herald brat as these are the two bikes im torn between
Haha that’s my old bike (NDU) I had it from new. I put that ZTU1 tail tidy on it (hated OE rear wheel hugger plate mount) and the rear brake reservoir cover
I have this exact bike 2022 reg, it’s fantastic, great fun and everyone loves the looks of it too, Eventually when i get my DAS done I’ll get a bigger one but I’m in no rush for now 😊
I use mine in rain all the time. Not any issues. Because I use contact cleaner. Plus made sure all connectors are covered and use acf50 anti corrosion.
Gilly please. I have one. How can I do a wheelie a bit easier than just revving 100% for 2 seconds from stop? 😭 I have decided to learn stunting early on and I'm having a hard time.
defo considering this bike!! also hope you dont mind me asking but how tall are you?? im on the rather short side 5"3 so i was wondering would the seat be okay for me?
I'm seriously considering one of these but I worry about the seat height. I'm 5ft. 7 ins., about a 30 inch leg - do you think I could get my feet flat to the ground once I'm on the bike? Also, would you say it has a sporty / revvy feel to the engine? Thanks.
It all depends on what style you’re looking for. If I was you I would go into a dealer like @in2moto and jump on them all you will See which one you feel most comfortable on. So many to choose from.
Man how to turn on and off this bike? I just bought it.And I did not know properly to turn of off.But I do know that service interval of engine oil is every 5000 km.
@@GillyBikes Man bike is insane good looking. When I go after break in period, people in my city would think is terminator bike.It looks very good for a 125cc.
You can buy any chinese bike 125 ! Are OK. Do not buy above, they have inferior steel quality. I cannot buy a new bike and send all metalic parts for chemical treatment !

The conditions are not great at the moment. My Harley won’t be out for a while. It’s to heavy for these conditions but my 125 will be out.

Thank you. I really appreciate that. What’s your favourite so far?
No need to push your channel, your knowledge and reviews are how it should be
Best regards Shaun
Thanks. All the best.

Thanks Chris. I will try and get hold of one 👍
@@GillyBikes awesome mate. Would really appreciate it. 👍 👌
Nice straight forward review. Thank you.
Thanks Keith. I like to keep things nice and simple 👍
@@GillyBikes . . You do a good job my friend.
Great review Gilly, it’s a bloody good looking 125 😊👍
It really is. So impressive for a 125.
Indeed, have a great Chrissy mate 👍🍻
You to. All the best to you and your family. 🥂
There would be a cut out for the steering lock as there is for the seat and fuel cap release, which won't work while the engine is still running 😊

Love it. That was one of the best 125’s I’ve been on. What did you swap if for?
@@GillyBikes Honda CB500X , perfect next bike after a 125
Good choice 👍

It’s a great bike. Loads of tech for a 125. I wouldn’t be in a rush to change it either. Ride safe 👍
What are the disadvantages u had so far
Great review watched you're voge 125r also, so my question is,the newer zontes 125 z2 or the voge 125r
Personally I would go for the Voge. The Zontes is a great bike but they throw so much tech on them my fear would be it breaking.
@@GillyBikes thankyou so much for your reply thats what I was thinking tbh.
Good video mate
Cheers. It’s an old one now. Hopefully the quality has improved 👍
its good, but there has been a lot of reports of serious electrical issues when it gets wet

Can’t wait get mine

These should be able to wheelie in second gear. Up the revs and and quick release of the clutch. But be careful.
@@GillyBikes Thank you! :3 🩶

I’m on the short side as well. Im 5’8. the best thing for you is to find a shop that has one in and throw your leg over it. Let me know how it goes 👍😁

Your a similar height to me so you should be fine. The engine is good. For the engine size this is one of the better performing ones.
@@GillyBikes can u recommend for me bike 125cc I’m 6.2feet 😢

The joys of having loads of tech. Still a great bike though.

It really does. One of the best I’ve seen 👍
I need this bike
We all do 👍
I'm 6'2 ft (1,86m) tall. Will this bike be too small for me?
It should be fine, but you should go to a dealership and sit on one and make sure you’re comfortable.
