For SC/ST, only their Category Certificate is enough for availing FEE Remission. No extra documents are required.
Similarly, for PwD, their Medical certificate is enough.

Bhaiya here in my case my mother is my single parent and she is a house wife and my father gives us monthly maintenance of 7000 rs that constitutes 84000 per annum i.e< 1 lakh
And we have made an income certificate on the name of my mother for this exact amount so what extra documents do I need to attach for fee exemption
Legal Custody copy of court that shows my mother having my custody?
And her passbook and aadhar as I can't attach my father's aadhar and his documents including his sign as we don't have any informal relation with him now
And in my family there are only three members me,my mother and my younger sibling
So it must be considered as the family income proof right?
