@tafeykey that's the center. you can eat it but can be toxic if the water it comes from is polluted. and if you do eat it you shouldnt eat alot of it because of all the things the Geoduck sucks/filters out of the water.

I've tried this, AND BOY IS IT GOOD. But it's pricey though cause it's kinda seasonal (I think).
Those breadcrumbs, the japanese ones are often branded Panko bread crumbs. So look out for it, it's specially made for breading.
