Thanks for your feedback and nice words. We wore normal sports shoes as we went in August and it was not that slippery . Just be careful with rain and carry umberallas + raincoat

We all went with our sport shoes and somehow they did not get wet as snow was hard. But as we did not go in august hence cannot be 100% sure.
