Great stuff! I would like to do the more in-depth course for this for sure. I actually am working on something very similar, including rotation.I was thinking of including computer vision via an openmv h7 for tracking crops and allocating sunlight via rotation based on users harvesting trends. Also i was going to use a solenoid for auto-topup and a ec meter with peristaltic pump for auto dosing + a ph for balancing (i know you said its not needed so i will reconsider that). There was a lot of good idea here i would like to see more!
Great video! You should add a diode across the relay otherwise it will blow your arduino-pin because of the reverse current, when the relay releases. Or better a transistor between ardu-pin and relais.
This vid is awesome! Thanks for showing this project overview. It's cool seeing the two projects here: the garden project and the video editing project :)
Cool project. It covers everything I wanted to monitor for a system I'm designing. I would suggest using a PVC pipe and heat forming cup holders. This could be a lot faster and less material intense. 400 grams per grow section seems pretty wasteful to me.
OMG I finally found the perfect video!!! I have a couple adafruit moisture sensors for automated watering (i'm trying to learn as an adult so the instructions at a childs level is perfect!) my husband and I actually made 2 hydro towers for the deck from this over 50 crafter!!! My issue is forgetting to check the water level one day and it's completely empty. I was curious how/what was the best water level sensor!! Hydro is so the way to go I have given up in soil based gardening in Colorado. it's just a waste of time.
What kind of filament did you use? I have a couple planters in PLA that have been great but I wonder if all this water running through it should be printed in PETG?
At 32:07 it shows STAGE 2 code. Line 87 says: else if ( (state == 2) && (pumpState = "Off"))..... This code will run regardless of pumpState as it assigns instead of compares. Should it not read: else if ((state == 2) && (pumpState == "Off")) ??? Or does the string library do things differently?

What a fantastically well edited video. thank you so much for making it! I've been thinking about this for a while!

This is really great!!. I am really waiting for the full series which you mentioned !!. Thank you so much.
Thanks for watching!

Didn't he use a relay module? I'm guessing that diode comes built-in.
Great job with the description of hydroponics ! :D
Thanks!

I rate a full-depth video as well!

Thanks for the tips!
thankyou for making this video..this helps me alot in my study through IoT
Glad it was helpful!
thank you What a fantastically well edited video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
would love the more in depth course! thank you for the information
Thanks Colin! Note taken!
this is amazinngg! I would love a detailed video on the making of it too!!! pls :)
Thanks! It is something we are definitely considering!

Great hydroponics content! Thank you for sharing. Continuing to follow your channel!🍃 🌾🍃🌿🌵🥒🌱🍃🌿🌵🥒🌾
Thank you! Your garden tower is amazing BTW!

Great tutorial...keep doing dude👍😍
Thank you!
Definetly would be interested in more
Hey , would love the detailed version of this video , will be ton of help , I am sure many more must be interested in same , please do it
Thanks for this!
Hi, I couldn't find the STL files. Can you help me find them?
Is there an alternative material for 12" eTape Liquid Level Sensor?
Please make multiple parts detailing all the parts of building this project
I would love to see an in-depth video!!
Thanks for this recommendation Marius!
THC hydro, keep it up
Great video, please more In depth

Thanks for pointing that out Harry - it's an error.
is there going to be a longer series? Really great video
How much did you cost to make all of that?
That is a nice project ;)
Isn't it better to check the water level first?
Otherwise the pump may run dry.
Yes please do an in deptg one
Thanks for that! Note taken!
where is the enclosure going to go
Can you please help me with my hydrophonic gardening project and provide me the source code of your video
I'm wondering which 3D modelling software did you use in that video?
It's Fusion 360
can you share the CAD files? @@programmingelectronics

@@programmingelectronics I don't see any assembly drawings, just stl files. How did you create the source drawings in your video?
post deeper video!
nice project!
Please make a video on making an economical tower garden at home
please, can you post the link to stl files? I cannot find hem on your web page.
Very nice I would love to see the code
10:48 WOAH! Hold your horses there padre! No solution is final! Chill out!
I used an ultrasonic module to get water levels
Nice!
Can you put your stuff on other platforms as well ,RUclips is not recommending me my subscription videos at all
Which other platforms are you using?
