If I do 60 plus 12 when it comes to the shoulders how many stitches I do normal before decreasing?? For the neck
You can simply leave out the same number of stitches that l left out

it do not be right when i start with 75 stitches +2 the pattern does not turn in like yours. you said 15. 15. 15 all the way +2. isent that all right 😊
Hey Birdie you are doing it wrong
Kindly chain in multiples of 15 and when you are done, add 12 chains at the end
So it is 15 all the way, add 12 at the end
With this, your top should turn out just right
Please let me know incase you need more explanation
