Now 2024 and I can’t get into my head it’s already fifteen years since this marvellous tune was released by the mighty Saxon. Bloody hell this is great!
This album came out in 2009/2010? This was around the time I discovered Saxon at the tender age of 17 and to be fair it's pretty spooky that it's been 15 years since then! Where that 15 years gone I really don't know! It feels like a blur! 😳 That being said, I'm still banging to my head to Saxon and probably will be until my dying days! 🤘

Wow, finally a video for Battalions of Steel!?! This is great, but why was it put off for so long? Where was this back in 2009 or 2010? I just happen to find this, searching for newer material from Saxon. Great video, but much too long overdue to an album that's almost a decade old.
This video would be better cos that video came out over 25 years earlier & is obviously dated (I actually watched it just the other day for the first time in ages) but the actual song Holy Diver is better than this song in my opinion. Total worship for both bands tho \m/ RIP Dio :'(
