Actually, the comps puts it right there, $360/ft for nice newer pool home in lake nona area. It's hard to look at 2019 prices but we need to accept this is the new norm for nicer housing choices. If more supply of nicer choices were to enter the market, that could adjust prices down slightly. But with everyone sitting on 2.5% mortgages, a wave of beautiful reasonable priced listings coming soon isn't expected..
