I like the floor plan. Some nice upgrades, but way too monochromatic. The least that could be done is add some color in the kitchen, counters or cabinets. I'd hate to spend @ 2 million and need to do a kitchen remodel. I do like the house, though.

I would like to offer just one bit of constructive criticism on your videos. You tend to state the obvious a bit much, and over-describe features of the homes. Other than that, you display the homes very well, and have a very good speaking voice.

I’m not impressed with this home for the price it’s asking. Mike has showed nicer homes probably for less with upgraded appliances and nicer bathrooms and closets. This home was nice but not for the price they were asking.
