I think this covers all my pet peeves, no wire shelving, lots of garage/parking, spacious enclosed outside area. Oh, and that great hidden play room area. The pull out bar that looks like a tie rack in the master closet is a place for you to hang out your outfit for the next day or to hang something there temporarily while getting dressed or picking out clothing. :)

Love this house. I would get it custom built just to have the three guest bedrooms with bathrooms bigger. Love the outside and pool area. wouldn't change the outdoor area.

Great video, probably one of my top three that I’ve seen from you. My only drawback would be the dining area kinda ‘sandwiched’ between the kitchen and living room. This builder only builds in central east Florida, and this is their only model home right now, they did have another model I filmed a couple years ago on my other channel. They are a custom builder so can build however you would like. Thanks for the kind comment, and for watching. Awesome floor plan, what a pity they didn’t integrate the ice making and dishwashing appliances in the kitchen…a real oversight. Also, the kitchen cupboard handles don’t look right…

Beautiful home, what is a 3 year lease back?
You purchase the home from the builder, and then they lease it back from you for a certain period of time, so they can still use it as a model home, but get it sold so they can free up funds. Quite common with builders and their model homes. Thank you for watching and commenting! Mike

Lovely home but I’m surprised it’s only 1 floor, and I’ve never heard of a lease back before. Is it similar to just renting a home but you have to get a mortgage for it?
So a lease back is when you buy the home (you can buy anyway, cash or finance), and then the builder leases it back from you to use as their model home. It is a way for them to free up the investment in the model home and use elsewhere. And then when the community is complete, the lease ends. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.

Isn't a 3 year lease back kind of a long time to wait to move in after you've bought the home?
It's relatively normal. You can just build if you want one sooner, but some people like getting the guaranteed lease for a few years from the builder, and may not have plans to move to the area for a fee years. Plus they like all the interior design work done on models that the builders don't always do on non model homes.
