Hi, Steve. Does the Slim Ribbon take into account where we are in the cycle, or does it work independently from it? Thanks in advance.

This study is not related to the cycle analysis

Could it be the beginning of a swamped cycle?

I’m not sure what you mean, but early in a rising phase of a cycle can only be swamped negatively.

Cycle lengths for Nasdaq are also different Slim. The last 2 major cyles are shorter than the previous cycles but the last 2 cycles are equal and first minor cyle is for bars longer than the second minor cycle for each of the last 2 cycles. Do you think this is a seasonal condition and cycles will lengthen again or we will see same short cycles. thank you for excellent analysis

It’s very hard to tell if there will be a resumption to the previous cycle length. In the past few years, short term cycle of links, for the indexes have even been shorter than this. The variance this time, which is only a minimal shortening, may turn out to not have a lot of relevance in the bigger picture. I appreciate your astute comments.
