john and george get tired of people sneaking in their base and looking through their stuff, the last straw was when the second floor of their home fell through and some rather unsavory fellows were trapped in their abode. J&G decided its time to move out of the city for a more peaceful country life.

Since I'm usually playing on console I've had a base in chernarus for about a year-and-a-half in the woods. There was a wipe in the middle and I went right back to the spot, managed to get it all set up the same. It was never found, just a little bit north west of the airfield. It is doable. Never built any walls or anything. Just improv shelters surrounding my tents for extra space and camouflage.
😂😂great work on that airfield at the end, boys. That axe chopping, music montage was brilliant at 23:50 as well, haha.

@@FreshSpawns I'm definitely new, because it blows me away how different this server looks compared to the official one I'm on. All those notifications in the top left corner, global admin in the bottom left, you had a mini map, you had your full stamina while you were carrying a ton of stuff, and etc.
Is this a community server?

I'd be interested in building an expansive pyramid base that has nothing in it. I'd like to have teasers like gaps and windows that let people see a bunch of containers that they may ultimately find empty.
Build a trap tower with a bottom hatch and swinging door to launch them into the void.
You guys are by far the best dayz creators and what makes it even better is the amount of content you put out

I’d like to see Fresh Spawns take part in a base defense raid against a horde of subscribers equipped with single shot BK’s. There’s a lot of server admins out there that would be happy to set up something like this (and have).
1) it would be a lot of fun
2) it makes for great content
3) it strengthens the community

If the shed faced down slope the door height would be less restrictive. I don't know how much you can sink these things but you'd have more clearance to try. Probs not best to do that in that specific spot, but as a memo for later.

Ace vid as usuall :) Do a city of one by one square bases with one being a main base and the rest filled with traps...( bear traps..land mines..claymores....grenade bombs) have backpacks and creats in the fake bases to entice people in after they raid 😁
If you haven't looked at Nezar's content he had a ton of videos where he built bases in the cave systems up north. I don't think anywhere in Dayz is truly safe, but that's definitely one of the better spots to defend.

Nice vid as always lads. Firstly what a shot by that plane near the end when he was running right to left lol . Secondly I think you should do a trap base were you have stairs leading up to a Box like a tree house base but the box is split in two . . When the play goes in the door to the loot you placed at the back, from the other half (were you will be) you open the floor up and they fall and break there legs . See how many peoples legs you can break and call it the leg breaker base for me 😊

the Mines in Namalsk are a maze and you could stuff a cabin or other small base into a corner, or wall the whole thing so any raiding party has to go through a maze of doors and walls?

Find a wind turbine, on an island. Build it behind it, hidden from the shore. Nezar did it and he was not raided. It was full of loot and when he finished with it he zeroed the codes and gave it to new spawns and told them to gear up and leave the rest for other spawns.
As awesome as his intentions are you know theres gonna be that one guy who tries to use it as a bargaining chip to join one of the bigger clans only to get blasted and ruin the spot.
Thats the problem with DayZ, to many players who really don’t play fair and give others a chance.
