Try seven islands pond on Mitcham common for tench. It's only shallow and you can see them on the bottom, but they are crafty buggers and hard to catch. Wear camo. Or Wonderwoman outfit. Also river Wey near Send prison...brilliant chub fishing in fast flowing water, using cheese paste. x
I can totally relate Aime 😂 I have sacrificed many a pair of socks on the river bank. It’s seems to have become my calling card on every river I visit. I call it toilet separation anxiety 😂😂
I arrived at my fishin spot the other night and I got a sudden case of Mud Butt . Fkin awful . I drove home hopped into the shower and was back on the water in an hour . If you fish often enough shit happens .

now it will be 2 and a half years (never fished before that) absolutely love fly fishing, currently tying up new nyphs and drys for the comming season
