Please rent a safety deposit box at a bank & put your jewelry in it. If you continue to keep jewelry in your house, either he'll be back to steal again, or if he's in jail, he'll send someone else. He'll think he can be successful since he knows to remove the trackers.
She shouldn’t have told him the police were involved and looking into him deeper it gives him a chance to get ahead of it and try and hide things - also staying there w him after telling him smh
@@cherylsherpinski2436 The IRS does not give a shit they want their money. I have seen this firsthand if they filed jointly and he cheated, she is fucked. Even if they did not file jointly she would still need a tax attorney and a damn good one.
I was responsible for my husband’s taxes. The IRS froze all the accounts of all my children’s college fund accounts. Three of them. They even wanted to liquidate my life insurance account. Every year, they took my return owed to me. When the IRS agents came to my house, they asked what I had that they could liquidate. I showed them my divorce papers and it said that I would not be responsible for his unpaid taxes. The agents said that they don’t recognize a divorce court’s decision. Finally, the lady agent told me in private that I just had to wait for 14 months and it would be past the limitations.
I don't think there are actual tracking devices you can hide in jewellery such as rings. There are rings you can buy with GPS devices already built-in but none that you can add on later. Tracking devices can be inserted into larger pieces such as watches or lockets. Think airtags. Also I have read that Reddit Stories or Reddit Readings are short stories written by people as a hobby or are AI generated. The Reddit AITA are supposed to be based (or loosely based) on actual events.
I think it depends how big the ring is - if you’re willing to spend money you can get tiny tracking chips so if it’s a chunky ring w lots diamonds for example there will be places to hide one 🤷♀️
I can’t see my comment even tho I know it’s there (yet comments just aren’t working properly for me rn) but I wanted to add - I know you can get watches and big pieces fitted but that’s cool that you can buy rings etc w tracking devices already in didn’t know that - also my first comment was purely a guess based on to shows and logic
It was dangerous still living with your criminal husband while the police were investigating him. And you assisting the police investigation.
It makes me wonder if this story is made up
@@SynasterHax Of course it's made up, it's practically a Lifetime tv movie.
@@SynasterHax😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@SynasterHaxjudging by the way it’s written, it’s probably an ai generated story. (Not just the narrator, but the actual story itself)

I am surprised the husband didn’t double dip by selling the jewellery, claiming it was stolen and then claiming insurance.

All thes make believe stories are so over the top.
If he was cheating on his taxes, there is no divorce that would have saved her from owing taxes too.
An exemption can be filed, and 1 spouse is not responsible for the debt of the other; child support, student loans, and income tax.

Unless she files separately?

@riley6740 you were supposed to file injured spouse and they wouldn't have garnished your funds. The irs won't actually tell you that though.
This was typed out like a novel
This was the most novel version I've heard in a while, damn nonsense

I'm so glad you got everything back!❤
Fake. They wouldn't have access to his financial side without a warrant which would make him aware of the situation.
This can't be in the US. The cops here would've said it was a civil matter.🙄
This is really impressive, this post made me rethink a lot of things! 💭
Cool in theory, but that's not how that works. 😅
