Interesting way of doing it.
Kind of gives the player no information though & I'm sure it'd confuse people more than having a screen pop-up when selected.

There are games where they tell you that the save file is corrupted.

The save file has a checksum which checks if what’s in the file adds up to what it thinks is the sum and FFFFFFFF - that supposed sum. If they don’t line up, you’ll get a corrupted file like shown.

How do you manage to corrupt the files so consistantly? I'd like to try it on some of my games too lol
I create/import a save file for the specific game in Dolphin Emulator, right-click on the game and select Wii Save Folder, ignore the banner.bin file and edit the other files in the folder with a text editor.
Games also usually get corrupted if you turn the Wii off, or take the disc out while it’s saving.
@@robotic_orange Actually, it is quite rare for the save file to be damaged. It will fix itself usually, if I am not wrong.

Why does the safety into have no remote jacket?
A select few Wii games do not display the example imagery with the Wiimote jacket.

How do you always corrupt game data on command?
I create or import a save file into Dolphin Emulator, open the game's save file folder, and edit one of the files inside the folder, ignoring the banner.bin file.
