Both are real estate developers, Stephen Ross got Jorge Perez started after he left working for the city of Miami in 1979 by creating Related Group. Stephen Ross had created Related Companies. No Black/Men or people were ever giving this same chance. Just like Armando Codina gave jeb Bush this chance at developing properties in Miami-Dade county when he ran his father's 1988 presidential campaign. I'm proud of them all though
