More work needs to go in the base box like they put into premium
Because for $25 there are boxes with a better selection

What happened to the ofra palette that was a choice for base???? It wasn’t shown
I am wondering the same thing because I haven’t seen it in any unboxing videos and that is the item I chose

Update: I received my box last week. I got the Ofra pallete (my choice), the Dermelect Cosmeceuticals Retinol serum, the MudMasky Vitamin C eye cream, the 4-in1 pen by Allyoop, and a Bellapierre Liquid Eyeliner. I wouldn't say that it is my best box ever, but I'm happy with it (3 makeup products). :)
Not impressed at all. Need to step it up with all the choices out there. I dropped luxe after last month, ABH saved premium this month. Dropped ipsyx after the last fiasco. Looking at which sub boxes I really want to keep. Trendmood had a Nabla takeover I understand.
I am so with you. I dropped ipsy last year after they kept sending me the same products. I actually came back to boxycharm because of their premium but I am so close to just completely dropping them as I did ipsy.. Its so annoying I swear.
I think you guys need to start rotation again mix it up and do half and half or do a variety box.
One month- makeup
One month- skincare
One month- haircare
One month- subscribers choice
One month-collaboration brand
One month-Editors choices
Or even just select one item out of each category and put it in the 📦 boxes .
I just hope that their actually paying attention to customers quizzes, because in the past it seemed like they did, but now it’s random.
My June luxe box sucked and the July base PR boxes are all skincare again. I feel like the take over premium box took all of Boxycharms focus and attention. Not impressed 😥
I have never, ever complained about any box I have received. However, where is the makeup this time? All the unboxing that I have seen are all skin care and one makeup item! So disappointed this month BoxyCharm!

Can Boxycharm please address the absolute disaster and garbage dump that was the mystery boxes (Face and Skincare bundles) from June's add ons? I can't believe that the boxes had half the boxes being sample sizes and single sheet masks as items as well. I thought Boxycharm was supposed to be full size items. This felt like the $12 ipsy items that would have otherwise gone in the garbage but instead was sold for $40. You need to address your customers on this one.

Please don't let Ipsy run Boxy Charm to the ground. I left ipsy awhile ago because it was all repeats and skincare. So I went with Boxy Charm because of all the makeup. If I wanted all skincare. I would have signed up to a skin care subscription. Boxy Charm please take back control of ur business. If it continues like this I will go with a different subscription. Also please address the comments. Only 37 comments so far and no answers to people's questions or concerns.
Wish it came with more color options for lip set. And highlighter!

I wonder if it's out of stock? So many choice items/shades were out of stock before you even got to choose. I picked it too. Maybe that's why I haven't received shipping yet.
I think they didnt show it because technically its not a new item to Boxycharm. I chose the Farmacy oil last month, and they didnt show it in the full reveal for June either. However, I still recieved it. The Ofra palette, and the Ilamasque palette have both been in previous boxes. Hope that eases you mind a bit 🙂
This is so depressing. It's making me wanna cancel all 3 of my subscriptions.
I did that a year and a half ago. I still watch these videos to see if anything excites me; I am so glad I cancelled. Boxycharm used to be my absolute favorite and would buy addons and shop at the online store. But now it seems like very generic items.
@@shannonbrice8012 Nothing's been exciting for me in the past 4-5 months. And now everything in this box is mediocre. I'm about ready to follow your lead 👍
I do love Boxycharm. Their pop up and add ons are absolutely fabulous and I have been so happy with the customer service I have received lately too. I haven't had a problem with my boxes shipping late like other people have. Now getting FedEx to delivery them without multiple bogus delivery exceptions is another story. Anyhow, with all that said, I haven't been all that impressed with the contents of my boxes lately. I get base and luxe and the luxe has really been a disappointment. So while there are so many things about Boxycharm that I love, I do wish they would step it up with the boxes. I know not every box is going to knock my socks off, but my socks have been firmly on my feet for quite a while now. 😕

Like the videos but NOT happy with the selection they seem TOO generic items. More skin care than makeup in boxes
I understand cosmetics have expiration dates however with emphasis on skincare, there’s no way I’m going to use all of the skincare in time. As well, I really don’t like to mix and match skin care products but rather use a family of products. I miss the perfume and cosmetics aspect of Boxy. I recall in 2015 there was a fragrance included in Boxy as well as a mix of fun cosmetics. Lately as mentioned, there’s been a focus on skincare. I’m already set with that.
How come not one of the variations are any of the ones we got to choose for are choice options this month because what I chose for my choice wasn't in any of the variations
Where is the eyeshadow palet? Haven't seen one variation & that's what I chose & now don't even see it in this box? Did I miss something?
I already canceled premium, a few days ago I canceled Luxe after receiving my box the last day of the month and it wasn’t worth the wait, I was gonna give base box a few months but yeah seems like this will be my last one… so disappointed.
Just cancelled Base and Luxe. This video convinced me it was time. So disappointed with Boxycharm. If things don't improve, I'll go ahead and cancel my Premium subscription next.

This box sucks!! I definitely would have not spent $25 this month had I known a majority of this would be skincare! I would of went with another subscription box if I wanted skincare! REFUND!!!
