I have ordered grocery items on 7th August and the expected date of shipment and delivery was 9th and 12th Aug. Today its showing the expected date is 19th Aug for no reason. The customer care is saying the item was shipped on 8th Aug. But from my app I can see that the order is yet to be picked up by the courier partner. The same issue happened to me on 6th July. Expected delivery was 12th July but a part of the items were delivered on 18th July. And another part of the order was expected to be delivered by 29th July. From 12th July the expected date was changed multiple times and finally it was changed to 29th. I cancelled the order. How can you be so unprofessional?
THE WAY OF PACKAGING IS VERY BAD... THE DELIVERY BOYS MOST OF THE TIME CUTS THE SEAL AND TAKE AWAY MANY ITEMS... AND AGAIN PUTS A NEW SEAL. AS THIS KINDS OF SEALS ARE EASILY AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

Best thing about flipkart supermart is its delivery available in small cities unlike bigbasket and jio mart which is available only in big cities.
