Ray Kelly actually played a huge part in deterrence & I think his command of NYPD definitely helped avoid another major terrorist attack in New York. He beefed up NYPD and made them stronger, smarter. The right guy for the circumstances NYC had to deal with during that era. Also, being a nerd and stuff I really like how that operations room/center is I mean it looks like the batcave to me, it looks so freakin cool.
Ray Kelly has my respect I do like him his task was not easy he created the biggest most effective deterrent against terrorists & for that I like the guy alot. I Know about this I was there.
