I'm excited to see that you really took my suggestion into consideration and actually brought him here🤝 Two Legends in the making 🙏👌👏🤝 thank you SMWX👌🤝
Genuinely grateful to SMWX for giving space to legal professionals to just tell their stories uninterrupted and unfiltered. I don’t think you’ll ever know how many young minds you’re inspiring. Enkosi🙏
The quality of guests and discussions Gqirha-lwazi Mpofu brings on this platform is amazing. People and ideas that represent the best of us as a people. Thanks Hlubi.
Oh Dr Mpofu-Walsh, you have no idea how much this has done for someone educated in the rural parts of the country and currently facing so many challenges (despite holding a law degree).
This was interesting Doc. Tshidiso is relatively young and passionate about the law & his work. He's also compassionate. I think you need to bring other young people to the show. Ayeye 😊😊
The South African Constitution is immaculate. It’s such a masterpiece. Yet people will talk about how it’s ruined lives. Our Constitution is all about protecting the people, it’s the lack of understanding of it that’s the problem. That’s an educational issue and thus a problem with those who are meant to uphold the Constitution i.e The Government and The People. Our constitution even has Ubuntu built into it. The day I finally get the chance I’ll use that Constitution to defend every single human being in this country.🤞🏽
The problems are this 1. SA corporate media which is white, will never give credit to ANC and African nationalism for producing this constitution, for if they did so, that would contradict white supremacy... 2. Zuma who is a simply minded counter revolutionary ( and Malema), believes in Zulu customary law and that "I'm a leader I'm above the law" And since ordinary people don't understand the constitution, these thugs use this opportunity to blame it law into the Constitution
That's all interesting. But we still need to solve the problem of our LLB graduates struggling after so many years of hard work of studies. To be an unpaid article clerk of someone for two years is RIDICULOUS!!!
Thank you Mr, so far just got to 13 mins and just like how he describes how US is, is just how I felt only as a tourist to a few states ! I was shocked and not impressed at all! Seeing the longest queue ever for ppl going for food parcels in St Francisco, one of our group, european lady, got robbed on our arrival at Chicago union train station and the last disappointed by food. I came out knowing SA for food is the best so far !!! Keep doing the best work SM 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I enjoyed listening to this gent, he's an extraordinary human being. The informal trader story touched me. The other thing I enjoyed is the fact that he wasn't using Harvard language, we can't be googling meaning of legal jargon and watch as well. 😂😂 he made the interview interesting. Ta SMWX
Tshidiso, I am doing research here on appeal. Interim, and the conversation enhances. I hope you still remember Peace. I know this guy through Peace Sizwe. Lol. like maara.

This guy represented us with my other 2 comrades in our disciplinary hearing at DUT. A very good advocate
Tshidiso is absolutely brilliant! This was amazing to watch, the questions were on point.
Thanks for making education cool🎉🎉

What an incredible discussion!! ❤🙌🏾
Tshidiso was my Property Law tutor in 2014. Incredibly smart, articulate and funny. It’s a pleasure to watch you soar, Tshidiso. To more! 🥂

This interview and the narrative of the ICJ case is powerful testimony of the intellectual might of South Africans.
@14:00 you made me appreciate & realise how favoured i am here at home my motherland. Thank you guys for the brilliant show

Watching this for the 2nd time from Malawi. This was just simply amazing and inspiring. Keep on the excellence.
African excellence expose - beauty of seeing such young blood flying

Love the use of language. E.g: sheer/excessive jubilance, thinks being described as ‘striking’. Taking notes*
Great conversation🎉
