A beautiful property but the body cooperate fees are absolutely ridiculous. That's more expensive than most properties in Australia. For that reason I'd give it a miss! My name's Billy not Silly! Oh, lovely presenter!
It’s getting more common for these maintenance fees to be insanely expensive. They always say it’s due to 24 hour security but the average salary for a Thai security guard is peanuts. I suspect there’s someone syphoning money from these schemes.

What a beautiful Villa. I hope to retire at some point in Thailand and if I do Hua Hin is the spot. I visited once before and was my favorite place in Thailand so far. I need to investigate more about the golfing options there. Beautiful blue dress too, looks amazing on you.

Common area and private maintenance is way too high, although we did not get to see the common areas... you could hire a full time maid and a gardener for 10k per month

I don’t understand this common fee why it’s so expensive. They typical common fee is no where near that amount. I have owned and lived in these types of Gated developments and my fee is around 10k thb a year with 24/7 security, clubhouse with gym, swimming pool etc, garbage pickup, gardeners who take care of the area with gardeners if required for your house only 300thb per visit. I seriously doubt a local Thai with pay that type of fee every month and for a not so expensive property like that it’s way way excessive so I can only assume it’s overcharging foreigners rate

Why the Thai government do not let own a house to farangs? Fore sure you would get plenty od costumers buying those villas. P.s. many countries in the world allow foreiners to own a property.

We bought this villa and after having done a lot of upgrades and improvements (rooftop terrace, jacuzzi, brand new kitchen with kitchen island, upgraded furniture, solar panels, CCTV system, in hilly sound system etc) it’s now back on the market for sale 😊

So many properties have very high monthly fees. $310 USD a month for basic maintenance? And like anything in life it won't stay that rate, it''ll go up. The common fee is the killer. Many properties do not charge this so that is more appealing than this.

I have been looking on line and there’s may good houses for sale for 4millon death I would like to live in the north of thiland and have beach holidays are I cha a I can get ataxi to huia in why don’t u show some of them I would not like to put all my money into a house u would never get ur money back8years I was looking ata house up in untraditional for25000pounds it was a to story. House I could live up there an travel around thiland I went to petchbun it was a good town we went travelling up north form it and went to Pattaya &cha ami like what ur showing but I will not be mixing r getting to met thia people this is my thing it is what I would like but every one is not like Mei would like to travel to other countries in Asia
