Well done mate, good trail vid 👍 I did the HWP last year and my own videos. Had a great time! Subbed 👍 Justin
Thank you! Just watched your Hadrian's Wall teaser, excellent!
Ah, thanks! Yes, I love making those trailers, I watch them often. That one with the song ‘Some Stories’ was written, sung and played by my friend who lives round the corner. It’s a cracker I reckon 👍
My wife and I completed the walk from West to East in 2018 a month before my 65th. Loved the video, happy memories. Not long after I was looking at a photo of the sycamore gap tree, rang the photographer who sold me a print, at a great price, sized to fit a nice frame I have, it hangs on my living room wall a s happy reminder of the walk.
Great to hear you have done the walk yourself; thanks for watching my attempt!
my 14 year old daughter has just completed the walk in 7 days. she said it was an amazing experience. she started from the east. Long days and great scenery.
Your daughter did better then us! Great to hear she enjoyed it.
Beautiful walk - day 3 especially!
Thanks; come and walk it with us!
I was walking this route this time last year - had a great time on a HF Holidays walk over 6 days (2 nights in the Twice Brewed included). Every frame brought back great memories. Again with your assessment - 2 days farmland (very little wall), 2 days heath land (loads of wall), 2 days farmland (very little wall) - however the achievement is getting from A to B. This year C2C for me in Sept.
Hi Richard, thanks for your comments. I please you enjoyed the video. Good to hear you completed the wall and enjoy the C2C in September!
Good to see you back 😀 Great vid too 👍🏻
Myself and my lady are starting the Beacons Way tomorrow. Trust us to pick a heatwave to do it in lol.
Thanks, I didn't realise anybody noticed I hadn't posted for a while! Just moved to northern England for a while so hopefully more videos from this area soon. Good luck with your Beacons Way, I've just spend the day sat on the beach and that was too hot, don't envy your trek!

Are those 2 luxury items I see?
Comfortable but rather large?
Very comfortable! Chairs were loaned to us by the campsite.

But you walked west to east, no, Jez?
Good trip info
Thanks
You spotted the deliberate mistake????!
Too bad about the two dorks who cut down the sycamore tree over the last year, at least you got to see it before it was gone
Yes, Sycamore gap was the highlight of my trip, glad I got to see it before it was chopped down.
Hi great report. Was it worth taking the drone? I saw you highlighted a few signs.
Most of the wall ruins are on either English Heritage or National Trust land, both these organizations require permission to be obtained (plus a fee) to fly a drone, so it's probably not worth taking one with you. I only flew mine once at the beginning and once at a camp site.
Tree is no longer there
Yes, it's a shame; Sycamore gap was the highlight of the trek.
