As a nurse we have to help patient in anything they want. Nursing means giving holistic care, holistic meaning is in all aspects we need to provide care to the patient whatever patient in need of, this is in first year fundamentals, Still i don't know why people asks this type of things like do we need to change patients pads etc. may be they didn't studied nursing or they simply bought diploma from any corrupted nursing school.

Can anybody come there just after completing her bsc nursing and oet. I mean without experience in hospital, as you told in this video that they give their own training.
Second, I have listen that uk don't give pr to anybody. So is it not useful to go to Canada or australia where pr is available after some years. Kindly guide or make video on this

And what are HCA doing if nurses are going to change pads, wash commodes, give medicines, complete all the documentation, transfer patients, etc. Are HCA only going to sweep the floor or even nurses going to do that?

Floor cleaning will be done by cleaner staff they are different
As per this video HCA is supervising nurses. HCA is registered in NMC. They have their own responsibilities. Plz tell us are you a nurse or HCA??
