  • I did some pork belly in my smoker. I mixed my seasoning blend and then used Meat Church Holy Gospeel BBQ rub to top it off. Please Enjoy and thenk you for watching.

    Hello Kenny. I didn’t finish with my suggestion. Plug in Meat Probes into the Control Board to monitor your Temp Check, so that you don’t have to open the Door and lose your Cabinet Temps. I just bought one of these as an additional way to keep up with my Beef Brisket demands for our Food Truck. So I’ve enjoyed your Videos from Unboxing, to Setup & Burn Off. Over the years I’ve also used an IGrill 2 to monitor my Temps from inside the house without needing to get up. lol.

      It turned out so good and then the next day I made pork belly sliders.
