Oh man you must like to hear yourself talk, this video is a good starting point for airfryer ribs but you could have done it in 5 minutes if you just shut your lips and got to the point already.
If you get a chance, try wahoo meat locker hot dogs. If we have them, that's what we have
I got one in a buy nothing secret box, and ended up giving it away. We don't eat that many hot dogs plain, lol

I actually have a can of sardines in mustard that I am going to do a tasting on. I found them at Walmart.
Did you smoke the powder, or the chiles?
I didn’t for this recipe but I have before. I smoke all my own seasonings.
I just made this today, thanks for your video. When it came time to place on rack, the soft dough started to push through the rack so I decided to just bake it in my dutch oven in my regular oven. I didn't trust the outcome! I might try again using the baking pan next time.
I'm not a big tomato fan but do like spicey. Wonder how good they are heated up.

Definitely not good in an air fryer 😮. Too much work for the outcome. I use the cuisinart bread machine that does all the work.

I'll have to give that a try. Maybe add it to our prepping supplies. My father used to buy the red cans of mackerel that smelled atrocious and just the smell would make me gag.
They were good. My daughter really liked it. I know the red cans you are talking about is probably the “King Oscar” brand. Lol

The baking soda and lemon juice make sodium citrate which makes the cheese creamy and gooey. The baking soda neutralizes the lemon flavor. Thanks for going thru this recipe. I just got my Foodi and am learning how to use it.

Hmmm. I appreciate all you do my friend in the way of sharing knowledge and helping a novice like me when it comes to using the Emeril Lagasse 360 French door, not a play novice in the way of cooking. So for that I'm very appreciative. I would not have cooked The Rustic bread in the Emeril Lagasse it just doesn't look too rustic to me. Also what happened to the part of the bread that actually came through the bottom. Did you cut it off and still use it still eat it. If you want to do some bread I have some recipes myself if you want to share. You going to have to invest in a couple of cast iron pieces but it works like a charm and you get some really good bread my friend. But it looks really good I'm sure it tastes amazing. I just like mine a little crispier and brownie on top not much more but just a little more. Once again great job.

How do you clean out ash pot? Vacumme Only? Also, when I did my burn off, there were flames coming up from under the flame tamer and out the sides..Kinda scared me😮 Is this Normal? Sorry for So Many Questions 😊
I love the questions. I will definitely do my best to answer them. I was wondering about cleaning the ash pot also and just use a small hand vacuum. Flames came out of mine too from burning off the factory oil. I haven’t had that issue sense. I hope I was able to help you out. Thanks for watching.

considering this smoker.. I haven't run a vertical in years but my camp chef took a dump this weekend so thinking about a new one. I never ran a water pan in any of my old verticals, wondering why this one has to have one.
It doesn’t have to have it. It can be taken out but it is there to keep moisture circulating in the smoker so the food does not dry out.
Mine just catches fire within first 5 minutes of turning it on. Seems like it feeds peklets too fast. Have you experienced this?
It does feed them quickly to get the smoker up to temp. When you start to see the smoke you can put everything back in the smoker and close the door.

I smoke on a off set smoker I love it. I wanted to buy this exact one to start with pellets. The amount of space looks amazing
The space is huge. It takes a while to go through the pellets.
Not fond of the ideal of wrapped right off the start you lose building any bark from the rub I will try them unwrapped for a while before wrapping
Hey there, thanks for sharing. For temp adjustment can does it adjust by 5 or 10 degree increments? Was there a reason you chose this over the pro series. I’m on the fence between the two. You like the copper head so far?
I really got what was good and available at my local Walmart. I really do like this one and I love the color scheme.

As bakers go youre not one. I like your efforts. I like my bread darker, so will be using a highr temperer than you. Sad about going through the rack Perhaps you coulda kept the dough on the ally foil.

I did read that also. I didn’t have any dents or damage on mine and I love it. I use it on a regular basis.

Did yours show flames in the burn pot while burning off?
Yes. There are definitely flames in the burn pot during cooking.
That's how a pellet smoker works. By burning the pellets. 🤔

@@leisamitchell8278 oh yeah! Nothing to worry about there! The flames come pretty high out when it has a lot of pellets in the pot 😁
