Sticky St. Louis Ribs in the Ninja Foodi
Just got this exact smoker last week at Walmart for less than 1/2 price, already assembled with one small dent in a trim panel.
Let me know how you like it. I use mine all the time.
Oooo baker's have pork tenderloin on sale! I bet that marinade would be good on the grill, too
Let me know if you try it on the grill.
This sounds yummy
How cool to have someone walk you through the recipe and actually show you how to do it the right way. Just reading a recipe isn't always enough!
Thank you so much. I completely agree. I started this channel so that way people can cook along.
I've been looking at this unit. Five months after you made this video. Are you still happy with this until? Would this be a good next step up? Thanks!
Thank you very much for watching. I had a vertical 30 inch Masterbuilt electric for about 6 or 7 years and when it died I picked this one up from Walmart. I love it. I think I am going to do a 6 month review in a few weeks. I use it all the time and have not had any problems or issues with it. Sorry for the long answer but, Yes I would definitely recommend getting this Smoker.
@@blackatlasgoingson Thanks for responding to my question sir. I've had no issues or problems with my masterbuilt. It's just time to move up in class. Wanting to broaden my skills with better equipment now. Again, thanks for giving me an answer. Have a blessed day, and let's get smoking something!!
Question, if you don't care. I've smoked on a masterbuilt electric smoker for six years. I'm wanting to move up now, to a bigger smoker. I would like to begin doing bigger meat
I like spice that makes my taste buds sing. Roasted cauliflower is da bomb
What page were you reading from as I could not find it in my book that came with my food deluxe . Maybe different cook book depending on the model food you have. Thanks for the video.
Good Morning. This recipe is on pages 8-9 in the beginning of the recipe book. It’s the second recipe in the TenderCrisp 101 section.
Great video sir
Thank you so much for watching.
It almost sounds like sausage seasoning. I like that
It actually tasted like a combo of sausage and bacon if that makes sense. Lol
True story, I scorched my beans, but used the unburnt beans anyway. Everyone complimented me on the nice smoky flavor, lol. I could never replicate that again, lol
Did I miss the brand of the processor?
The Food Processor is Hamilton Beach.
I usually soak in the fridge, I've had beans get funky overnight
These sounded yummy. I don't blame you for the extra 2 minutes, i like crispy cheese, too
Black atlas do you still use the emeril lagasse French door air fryer oven?
Yes I do. I use it pretty often for different things cause it’s so versatile. I like it a lot.
@blackatlasgoingson thanks for the reply are you going to do more videos with it?
@@joes.535 I can definitely come up with some of my own recipes to do in there. I really appreciate you watching and appreciating the content and what I am doing. Thank you so much.
Hello Kenny. I didn’t finish with my suggestion. Plug in Meat Probes into the Control Board to monitor your Temp Check, so that you don’t have to open the Door and lose your Cabinet Temps. I just bought one of these as an additional way to keep up with my Beef Brisket demands for our Food Truck. So I’ve enjoyed your Videos from Unboxing, to Setup & Burn Off. Over the years I’ve also used an IGrill 2 to monitor my Temps from inside the house without needing to get up. lol.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Hello Kenny, I have a suggestion. To make life easier and quicker. Plug in in your Meat Probes into the side of the

Did you manage to connect the stick to your Wi-Fi? If so, what settings have you made?
I was able to connect it. I control it from the app when I am using it. The settings depend on what I am cooking.
That would be a fun video to revisit after you tweak the recipe
Just subbed! Love this series ❤

It turned out so good and then the next day I made pork belly sliders.
Black Atlas (Love the Name). My wife purchased one for me for Father's Day. THANK for the tutorial.
Thank you so much. I am glad that I could help. I appreciate you watching.
Can u do 6eggs ?
Yes you can do it with only 6 eggs as well.
If you leave the top on the tomatoes, and cut them off after you smoke, they collect juices. Pour the juice into your bowl, then cut the top and peel them
I smoke tomatoes and freeze them
I have made chips from them in my dehydrator.
Solid information brother
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Omg, you damned mind reader, roflmao
lol. Making sliders?
Saying black atlas at the beginning of your video, lol
I figured after so many videos with it that it would start to catch on. Hahaha

Just completed putting mine together watch your video. Thanks such a great video.
Thank you so much. I’m glad you appreciated it.
I like this Keep going
Thank you very much. I appreciate you watching.
Do you think carryover cooking would have brought it up to temp?
I was thinking that but it would have had to come up over 10 degrees. Most carryover would only cover maybe 5.
I'm going to have to look for that spice blend, it sounds amazing
I found it on Amazon. It was only $7.
Ras el hanoot. I looked it up, lol
Thank you.
Thanks for all the info 💪🏾
Thank you for taking the time to watch it.
man im still waiting on the thighs recipe
It will be coming in a little while. I had a number of videos already loading up.

Does it maintain water temperature as well as circulate?
Yes it does and there is an app that is Wi-Fi so you can keep track of it even out of the house.
