I’ve been using loofahs for years and I have the most glowy, super soft skin! ✨
It’s like a light exfoliation process for every shower! Just make sure to rinse all of the soap out and hang to dry. Replace every few months for hygienic reasons and they’re like $1-2 :)

I just use my hands, honestly. I lather up a bar of soap. More environmentally friendly, and you don't have to buy anything extra. I use a scrub about once a week to help get a bit of a deep clean. I haven't had any problems

I’ve been using a loofah for years now. Just wash the loofah before showering or using it. Either wash the loofah with an antiseptic liquid/soap before bathing or just sanitise it by soaking it some hot/boiling water
i just wash my washcloth/loofah with a soap carefully after i took a shower and then just fully dry it...i think it's plenty enough to keep the loofahs clean and prevent any bad "scenarios " which you had mentioned in this video to happen with your washcloth 😀

My mom has taught me to use natural loofah : fibres of a kind of cucurbita plant . We use it for a month or so , then throw it out and use a new one . Biodegradable, gentle on skin
Loofahs are safe to use as long as you rinse/dry them well and replace it regularly.
Bro this stuff is what makes my legs feel like crap, loofah's itch off all the dead skin which is good for you, and you can just wash it right after.

I recommend the salux washcloth, it's a Japanese wash cloth that got an award for its innovation and how easy it is to clean years ago

When you're done using, shake it and hang it to dry.
For down there, do not allow soap and water to get into the vagina. The vulva, the outer area should be cleaned properly.
Do not put objects or even dirty fingers into the vagina. The asshole, properly washed as well. These areas are a bit more fragile than the rest of the skin, so be careful.

I used to use a loofah but I stopped when I found a LIVE SPIDER in it.
Shower gloves are my go to. They can be thrown in a sanitizing wash over and over again, you can get soft ones or really rough ones for a good exfoliation. It’s also supper satisfying to wash in your belly button and between your toes with them 😂 that might be tmi but you have to try it to know.
