Indian Girl Exploring Siem Reap - Angkor Wat Temples, Cambodia Travel Vlog etc
In this video we are exploring the cultural capital of Cambodia, Siem Reap. My friend Dolly and I travelled to Cambodia in March 2020, just before the virus outbreak. Cambodia is a beautiful country and I really wish I get to visit this country again. Due to the pandemic, we could only do few things in Siem Reap, there is so more to this town and Cambodia in general. After watching this video you will have a fair idea about things to do in Siem Reap.
Siem Reap is the gateway to the majestic Angkor Temples, Angkor Wat is the world's largest Hindu temple, there are a lot similarities between hinduism and the Buddism practised in Cambodia and in fact Hinduism used to a prominent religion In Cambodia back in the days.
Here's presenting my version of Siem Reap travel vlog.
VISA
We travelled from Vietnam to Cambodia and had to get our VISA on the way for which we had already applied online. It costed us $25.

Cambodia isn't a very expensive country as such however tourism in Cambodia can be tad expensive, I be sharing a detailed video soon.
You can explore the Siem Reap with a budget as low as 10k fro 3 days. (Including Angkor temples)

Little correction : Bayon temple is not buddhist temple, its 4 head brahma temple. Ankorvat and other temple is build by khamer people,who were hindu, all the temple first build for hindu deiti.but later when budhdhism spread in combodia, they convert it into buddhist temple. If you notice the curving you can see it. Buddhist usually built chaitya,stupa .the buddhist temple we see now is much new compare to ankorvat. Thank you for the video .

Whether one day pass @ US $37 is enough to cover all important temples there ? I read some reviews suggesting to opt for $62 valued 3 day pass.
Further $13 is for just sight seeing and guide correct. Other vlogs i saw they paid $15 per Tuk-Tuk without guide.
Also lunch within the complex between $15 to $20 as you put is expensive than normal restaurants in Cambodia i guess.

Thank you 😀 which pass you opt for depends on you and how much you want to see. One day pass is valid is valid for 2 days, for me this was enough. The tour that we opted for covered our transportation and guide, it totally worth it and yes good inside the complex is a tad expensive. Overall You will end up spending around Rs 5000 to the Temples.
