- After out playing big time RUclips gamer, JeeNiNe, I tried to send him a friend request and a GG but he had already blocked me. Then almost immediately a gamer friend of mine informed me that he was streaming, so I go check it out, and low and behold G9 was trash talking with a disgusting attitude the entire time that I was whipping and stomping him into the ground. Additionally, I learn that the other blue and the host are both big fans of G9. They were in his chat and trying to help him the entire time (I thought they were just noobs who didn't know what they were doing). I was gonna finish him with a dagger and some pebbles at the end but the other hunter ("paid actor") self sacrificed to give G9 a much needed flask (I had drained him of all his flasks while not yet flasking even once myself). The Host ("paid actor") finally sent me home before I could finish the job saying, "I didn't want G9 to loose." I was insulted by G9's unsportsmanlike like behavior, so I clipped this video from his stream to call out his lousy attitude. The match is far more interesting from my angle. Link below.

Ive fought Boss quite a few times now and hes one of the more honorable players I know.
That turtle whip build is very strong, but its far less toxic than what invaders are used to facing.
He wasnt trying to grief or streamsnipe. He did his job as a blue very well and Jeenine just couldnt take the L graciously, as usual. ✌️

@@Villavir There's nothing wrong with being a Blue, regardless of their reputation. It would honestly be interesting to see more stronger Blues to keep us on our toes (though to be honest, im not the greatest at PVP, so I'm not the most qualified to comment on their skill)

Exactly. The reality is there is nothing wrong with using storm stomp. There is nothing wrong with using a whip or any weapon you want to use. If a gamers has taken a character through the game at a low level than that gamer has earned the right to use weapons and items they have achieved.
Copying limited items like starlight shards and rot items is cheating however. G9 does this on his meta players. I don’t.

@@recryption620 actually they're not better. The whip's running R2 has a crazy hitbox but it come out after a short delay. It used to be good for unsuspected trades. That's gone. Now what was a trade is whip user gets stunned and that running R2 does not connect. This was one of the strongest features of using whip at a high skill level.

You're correct, Elden Ring is one of the better communities. Imo Armored Core and Sekiro fans are the most chill. But boy are some Dark Souls vets and Bloodborne stans hostile, every ounce of hate and toxicity comes from those fanbases.

He makes money playing video games and he has a sh!t attitude. Pathetic really.
Like how he tries to call you a "garbage player" when he's known for using exploits and abusing hitboxes of some broken weapons purposely, and literally CANNOT counter Storm Stomp because he isn't skilled or smart enough not to fall for the bait.

He needs to stop playing ER and move on since it obviously affects his health. He used to be fun to watch but that was many years ago. He is burnt out. The DLC is nice to see him enjoying the game again but that will not last very long with the new super broken weapons and aow's out there currently which makes PVP a joke right now. I hope he finds peace with another video game soon.

He really does, I unintentionally killed him on stream way back in DS3. The random I had summoned informed me who he was, since then I’ve accumulated 10+ clips of killing him, every time he loses he makes excuses, he kills his teammates trying to get someone he knows, his chat even assumed I was over leveled and so were my friends. (I didn’t even know about that, even estus cancels) I still think about making a video with all the kills lol. Dude cry’s so much when he loses. I'm not super into PvP stuff, but in a few games I like there are people with a similar general identity/brand in the community and they're always the most negative people around.

jeenine has always been that toxic player who thinks he knows everything about the game and when he doesn't he calls it "broken" even though he abused that thing he called "broken" lol. i met him in ds3 days and destroyed him in 1v1 but his dumb buddy killed the host so i couldn't finish him off in time and he was calling me out on my straight sword turn and hit tactic and was annoyed at it. like it's literally just a normal spacing and punishing game and he still complained. that guy is a joke.

Hi. Thanks for commenting. You're right. He swapped to zweihander, which is a good counter to SS, but then he just never tried. Instead, he was trying to crouch R1 and fake me out with foot work but that failed for him this time and he got caught again. He then got scared it was going to end so he retreated and swapped again. I think he wasn't thinking straight. Getting hit by a whip two dozen times without landing a blow yourself will do that to you.

The fact that you were still whooping his ass and were going to secure a clean victory while both the host and the blue were helping him and sabotaging you makes your performance all the more impressive. Thanks Wolfman. Yeah I whipped him good this time. I've killed him twice and he got me once with a hard swap to stormaxe. I probably play a lot more than him actually. Also, I did my first play through blind at level 22 and I invade and win with off meta gear (I never use cheesy tactics), so I'm probably just a lot better at the skills required to play low level than G9. @@bosslevelplayer No prob. I imagine beating the game at low rune level was really challenging. I still have to get around to beating Elden Ring at Rune Level 1. The closest thing I've done to challenge run content in a while was beating the DLC on my first playthrough with no scaudtree fragments.

The host and the other summon didn't really participate outside of one of them throwing themselves off a cliff to feed jee flasks and the host kicking boss out just to prevent jee getting dumpstered.

I met Jennine in the arena 1 vs 1 thinking that I would have a fair and honorable duel, as soon as the duel started while I was doing my weapon buff he gave me a free attack ruining the entire experience with this youtuber (I was a sub xD).
I probably would have beaten him if he had let me buff my weapon (as ppl usually do in the arenas) because even at a disadvantage, I landed a couple FAIR HITS, not like Jenine dirty hits, keep that shit to the invasions, this is 1 vs 1.

For invasions you got G9, Chase the bro, Steelovsky, Golden_Techerr and there's others. All of these guys win invasions a lot. However, they also all run away constantly so that's kinda boring right? More fun for everybody playing is to just square up and risk losing while trying to win 3v1.

He's such a crybaby lmao. I first encountered him back in 2018 in DS3 Pontiff as I was hosting without blues OR summons, and he'd try to gank and backstab fish with other reds. He got his ass handed over to him multiple times, and kept running until I was overwhelmed 3v1. I was part of that elitus group and I ranted there what a coward he was ( I didn't know he was part of the group as well) and he joined saying I was trash lmaoo. @WeeabooPocky Ah, I knew the apologists would crawl out sometime. Here, enjoy some VPN copy/pasta, bruh; The latency usually increases by around 5-10% due to the encryption process. In terms of speed, your VPN can only be as fast as your internet connection. In fact, slight drops of around 10-20% in speed are absolutely normal when using a VPN since their main priority should always be security .
Edit: Elden Ring online multiplayer isn't an 'app'. We are talking about a server based online multiplayer component. Not just an app. Lag switching has been the main cause of online multiplayer cheating for way too long, especially on From Software games.

So... I like G9 for his gameplay but I hate his attitude towards Elden Ring as a whole and as a player.
I compare him to the average league player in attitude but the real issue here is that he is too good at the game where all reason is thrown out of the window in favour of "Skill".
I think Elden ring is unbalanced and the better you are the more you will lean towards negative behaviour because of it.
We all arent flawless but G9 will never be the one to apologise. I think something happened recently as well with someone having a meme build that sniped him and also got shouted at by G9 for his decisions even though it was a fan.

I never finished Elden ring but i still have 400 hours in this game because i really love the pvp aspect of the souls series, but elden ring broke me. I know its only a game but invading really makes me depressed as elden ring is one of the most unbalanced shit shows i have ever witnessed and it just takes the joy out of the game from me after some hours. I kinda get the feeling if you want to actually win most invasions you just have to resort to scummy stuff as most people your fighting are using scummy shit (like stormstomp) too. I know pvp is not the main aspect of this game but From Software could easily fix so many flaws in this game and it wouldnt even be that hard, but i cant just let go of this game as there are no better alternatives with such an active playerbase. I've fought Boss quite a few times between invading and duels. Can confirm that he's very good, even without storm stomp on a single whip (a load out that I'm amazed people are so butthurt about)

I don't know if you still feel the same way about this clip but I think it's not completely fair to say you outplayed your opponent
Storm stomp before patch 1.12 nerf was just completely able to hyperarmor on reaction which shut down all potential for aggression as well as being very hard to punish (even now it's still very strong even tho you can't do it on reaction), and other than that from the looks of it he was invading at a lowel level with gear you find at the start of the game and you were using end-game gear with both bleed and frost status which are extremely strong at lower levels
That said this isn't even such a bad thing, everyone is free to use whatever the game lets you use, I just don't feel like G9 is being unfair by deciding to cut the fight short
Also the other blue was pretty annoying I definitely would also have been very pissed off if he just decided to help the other guy while being supposed to be your teammate so yeah, sorry you had to be trashtalked after this shit

With over 6000 hours, I’ve probably played the game more than all the popular streamers. That doesn’t make me better. It just means that I’m good enough to out play them from time to time.

Jeenine was steaming (I didn't know that). Host and Blue are fan boys of red (I didn't know that). I came in and saw host getting killed. Host is cosplaying as another video game character. I thought for sure the host was noob that needed help, so I start killing red. Second blue shows up and starts helping red with warming stones. I dwindle down all of red's flask (without flasking once my self mind you) so other blue sacrifices himself to give red another flask, then host sends me home so I don't kill red. I go check out stream because a friend of mine was watching and told me about it and I discover that Jeenine was bad mouthing me and being a bad sport and a sore looser so I clip his stream to call him out for it.

He mainly got annoyed because he didnt have a weapon to sawp to inorder to hard counter you and if you ask me thats a fair reason. It's an invasion where your goal is to kill other players and if one of the players has something you cant beat then you're obviously going to get annoyed by it. Aswell no one owes you a certain play style. If he wants to leave the world because he doesnt like the way people are playing(stream snipers) then fine let him dont see the big deal in that. This applies for you and him just move on and accept that maybe not everyone likes the way someone may play.

They were both obviously trying to get into a game with him and I think he just felt that it was annoying. Also I agree that dude wasn't playing amazing in this game and that the ugs would've worked just fine, but you can't expect someone to always just smash in a game. I'm sure you yourself have had games where you get beat where you normally wouldn't, and adding in the fact that 2 of the people in the world were annoying him you can't be too harsh. No one in this world can play for like three to four hours live and not have a bad clip or two of them loosing show up that's just the way it is.

Apart from Jee calling you a bad player he wasn’t complaining about you but more about Storm Stomp and the way it shuts down aggression. Storm Stomp really carries and you can really see that at 3:20 and so on.
You can space your opponents weapon all you but an ash that gives instant hyper armor and can tank most attacks really stops your own whiff punishes

I watch G9 a lot and considered myself a fan until seeing this video. In my opinion storm stomp with a whip is a lot less annoying than someone who can swap weapons out in the menu instantly between at least 8 of the best Ashe of war in the game and almost always uses the weapon that counters his opponent’s weapon. I know he can’t swap instantly but when you are fighting him to you he pulls that weapon out instantly just to use an op Ashe of war and then swaps back to the weapon that counters yours. I consider that a crutch that carry’s him way more than a whip and a single Ashe of war ever will. I guarantee you if Fromsoft removed quick swapping he would act in the same way he did in this video. I also feel like Invaders need to be fine with annoying play styles. I always assumed G9 understood this and was fine playing with no rules which I respected but this video proves otherwise. He is just upset he does not have anything to swap to to counter his opponent like most of the players he invades. The guy at the end was ready to give him a fair duel but he was having such a tantrum over not being able to quick swap to a counter that he just quit. Very pathetic and not very Bruce Lee like if you ask me. Invading a players game and expecting them to play by your rules has and always will lead to disappointment. That’s where true character is shown and I thank you and your whip for showing me how slimy this guy really is. I guess he is more like the Bruce Lee in real life then the Bruce Lee in film.

if youre familiar with fighting games you should know the term "knowledge check", if you perform this one bizarre strategy over and over again isnt any type of skill or outplay of any sort, youre just looping something that if given time everyone will know how to counter and its just a display of bad habits and low skill. Just like spamming low on SF or neutral jump grab, everyone at high level play will know how to counter it imediatly specialy if you keep doing that time and time again, Jeenine shoudnt have blocked you but if you keep pulling the same shit during invasions with the added pressure of having to fight multiple people thats just a no brainer, its not some effort you have to do for such a stupid playstyle. Given the opportunity if people had more chance to fight that again and again everyone would counter it.

Watch the video again, and you’ll realize that there was no gank happening. It was one blue vs. one red. Except, however, the host sent the blue home right before he was going to win, and the other blue self sacrificed to give the red an emergency flask. You’ll also notice the blue didn’t use any flasks the entire time. If you watch it again, you’ll see that your comment is totally ignorant. Laugh my ass off. You’re also noticed that the blue with the whip did not have to hard swap between every weapon in his inventory because he was being outplayed so badly. That’s what the red tried to do but still just got totally schooled. In fact, it looks like the red’s only skill was swapping between different weapons, but lacked any skill with each individual weapon and lacked the basic strategic gameplay to not walk into Storm Stomp over and over and over again. Guy has a build with late game gear at low level, probably four talisman slots and max flasks (that alone makes you trash), brain dead storm stomp crutch spammer. Jee is on an honest playthrough character with limited resources. There is no counter to storm stomp at that level. The moment you attack they mash L2 and get free damage.

storm stomp has insane frame 1 hyper armor, meaning despite jee using a 2h greatsword, the second u proc a storm stomp, even if jee swung first, u will win the trade, the hyper armor will make u take less damage, he'll get damaged from the wind effect, plus it true combos into a whip r1. You dont have to think about what ur doing, u just get close enough and storm stomp for a free stun into r1 combo while taking minimal damage in return
Jee is definitely not a very chill pvper, but elden ring has the worst, most unbalanced, skill-less and spammy pvp in souls history, and as a content creator he has no choice but to stick with it cos its where the views are. Jeenine contributed a lot towards souls community. First of all you should know that. He's a brilliant player and has been through a lot getting success by doing tryhard content creating as well.
Like bro, this is just a random lottery situation you got in to face him. Just yourself duel him somewhere 1 to 1, he will show you your true reality of how backward you are or whether you not in PvP scene. I even suggest you to do only invasions in Elden Ring for 400 hours, and tell me your mindset will be entirely different like it sort of becomes like a soldier restless darkside mentality.
You faced ganks all time and this so called coolness youre talking about exists very minutely. We get personality toughened by facing horrible stuff.
So before commenting on a person with half baked observation. Try spending with them a lot, look through an invader's perspective especially jeenine twitch stream. Then you all know how much of a great player he is and what he is facing in elden ring disgusting pvp model that supports only casual hosts. Jeenine is fighting not just you but entire team. Its his game experience and says things out loud that feels congruent to him. You and him are fighting good, but you got back support from your team as well.
To every one of us good invaders, we obviously get disgusted meeting unfair host teams right. Immediate hunters to support the scrub host, or like straight up gank we are formulated to face alone in this PvP. We have to craft a better inventory, be awesome at spacing, retreat to positions for defense and attack.

hi gamer. You’ve misunderstood what was going on drastically. First off I have over 6000 hours playing the game and most of that is me spanking ganks with a good attitude.
Secondly, concerning this specific video: I was a random blue. The invader, G9, was killing what looked to be a noob player when I entered the game, so I start helping the host out. However the host turned out to be one of his fans. Once I entered the game, the host stopped playing completely, which is fine. In fact, I prefer the host to back down when I enter the game as a hunter, because 99.9% of the time I’m gonna win. Then the other Blue that entered the game was also one of his fans and he was helping G9 the entire time with warming stones, and eventually self sacrificed himself to give G9 a much needed flask.
G9 is good no doubt. He and I have been in the game together on three occasions. Two of those I came out on top and one of those he got me with a hard swap to the lightning storm axe.

Calling part of the game broken is silly. In my experience excuses like that keep you from getting good. I kept using storm stomp because he kept falling for it. From G9's angle it does look like spam. Watch the game from my angle and you might see it differently. You might still want to call it spam, but if I catch him 95% of the time then really it's his fault (spam or not). He tried to adjust but didn't know how. No big deal. G9 always plays at meta and above so he doesn't have as much experience at level 30 to compete. I on the other hand did my first play though at level 20. Btw: He recently unblocked me, and invaded my NG+ TT run not too long ago. G9 caught me with a storm hawk axe hard swap and 1 shot me. The difference between us is that I didn't cry "that's unfair" like a little baby. Instead I learned from it and I can't wait for the next time I get him in my game so I can try and do better. FYI: I win > 95% of the time. That makes me pretty good. Definitely good enough to compete.
