I keep a 95ft lb Torque limiting extension for my car so I don’t over torque with an impact. Just something nice to keep in tool bag ...carry the one that is for your wheel!
Can you please do a video on the tires you guys use and why? Maybe go over tire recommendations for different terrains or styles of riding. I'm in the market for some new SXS tires, things I've been considering are weight, puncture resistance, size, tread (traction), etc. Thanks
You should do a episode on how to change a tire on the trail of you have 32-35 inch tires. What jack, where to position the jack, tips and tricks for sand dirt and or any odd location like on a hill
I just ordered a set of Coyote 33x10 /15r for my 2021 rzr pro xp sport, My rims are 4+3 all around With 1.5 inch spacers are your $999.00 springs good for the stock shocks for this set up and for now i have the needles set to 12
Yes the springs will help your set up a lot. But spacers on a 4/3 will create a ton of steering feedback and wear out parts fast no matter what springs you run.
Just a heads up, the Fox race tune measurements are in the opposite direction, from the top of the top spring. That's why their numbers sound so much off from what Justin was mentioning around 10m
What's your take on soften the ride on a 2021 XP4 Highlifter? My first Polaris and it rides like straight junk honestly. 6.5 miles on the machine and it's back in the shop for wheel speed sensor
Hey justin and or chase, for an episode idea. Can yous do a break down of a race prep like Baja or Vegas to Reno, the bigger ones. away from the race car and more towards cost, hotels. Pit crews, chase systems, what’s it actually take to get to the starting line and team to the finish line. Sounds crazy expensive and extensive in detail when the big races are closer together in the season. Also any clue on getting to them from a spectators standpoint. Thanks!
If you were going to put paddles and the 100hp General XP what would you use? I was thinking about the 30x15x15 10 paddle But that only gives me one option in tires I think.
@@generaldreamsoutdoors43 That denotes the paddle height. If you call a STU or a dealer of theirs they will ask you this. #1 is what you want for the power you have.
I was hoping someone asked my question. I have a 2021 x3 xrs max and considering upgrading wheels and tires to a 32" tire. Do you think this will cause me to break parts with the heavier tire or can I keep everything else stock with taller tires?
It can not be adjusted. You need to buy control arms in the front that have adjustable rod ends. In the rear you need aftermarket radius rods. Then you can

Great help with all the info you guys give us. Thanks you guys are the best.

Thumbs up for the intro. Love the shock man. tongue wagging shock therapy man.

You should watch our “wheel offset” video
Use a strap to keep the suspension from dropping when you jack it up. Jack barely has to lift and can set in most stable spot

The wrench did not appear to move so it is at or over 100 foot pounds of torque. When that happens you should loosen then re-tighten the nuts.

Oh wow! You channel is amazing!! I don’t have any tools. What is the name and model of that torq wrench and what size socket?
It is a torque wrench. 19 mm or 3/4 inch. Thank you
Why not use a particle separator?

Excellent idea. Thank you. Maybe Tuesday since V2 R is a week away

I would run Sand Tires Unlimited 30 or 31' tire with a #1 cut
@@ShockTherapyllc I'm sorry but I don't know what the #1 cut is. I just looked on there website and did not find it.
Thanks for your time.

Out of curiosity, what makes your guy's recommendation be 100 ft-lbs? The RZR owner's manual specifies 120 ft-lbs
Most 12 mm studs are between 95-105 ft lbs. difference studs can have different torque ratings.

32s are fine. It’s recommended you do a bulkhead plate kit tho. Look at our trouble free X3 vid
10-4 thanks for the reply. Excited to get my DRS kit mailed tomorrow from you guys.
I'll check out that video this evening.
I have a 2021 Polaris RZR 1000 XP 4: Can the Caster be adjusted on factory equipment, and if not, what can I change or add so I can adjust the Caster?
It can not be adjusted. You need to buy control arms in the front that have adjustable rod ends. In the rear you need aftermarket radius rods. Then you can
@@ShockTherapyllc Done...watch and hide...just added to my list of more shit to do...Crack habit would be cheaper....just saying
Perfect👍👍
What Torque Wrench you use ..
Do you have a recommendation for a battery operated gun that won't break the bank?
we run an 18v Milwaukee
any idea how much different a turbo s front end is compared to an xp as far as swaping suspension goes
Nothing is interchangeable between them
Don’t go turbo s terrible suspension very tippy!!! Better reinforce roll cage!! Gonna get tested!
What's that torsion strut on that stock RZR.
Can you be more specific? Not sure what your referring to
