Consider this: neglect is abuse. This is coming from someone who was abused as a child. I absolutely consider neglect as damaging as what I went through.
the diaper changing blows my damn mind (i mean everything does but) as a preschool/daycare teacher who worked with infants for over 4 years… we had to change or at the VERY least check their diapers every hour or we would be fired and/or written up by social services. like this is just basic hygiene. not changing their diapers is literal neglect. does she only go to the bathroom if it’s a number 2 situation? willing to bet good money that’s a no or she’d have constant uti’s. glad this is being looked into and i hope those children are safe.
Huge yes to the constant UTIs. My aunt potty trained numerous children (and tried to do it to me too) by putting us in the bathtub to sit in our soiled diapers as punishment.
It’s like… massively unsanitary to have pee all over yourself all the time and if she was thinking about her child like an actual human being with skin that doesn’t need to be covered in pee, she would know that, but she thinks since he’s small, he doesn’t need food, or clean clothes, or love or care or a life off the internet where he isn’t being exploited for money. It’s really disgusting, frankly. Not everyone deserves children
my mom wouldnt change our (4 kids) diapers unless we went number 2, a nurse caught this and reported her to cps and ever since theyve been a villain in both our parent's eyes. and they wonder why i had frequent rashes as a baby?
On the other end of the spectrum, I worked as a CNA/CMA in nursing homes and assisted living facilities for several years through high school and college. If we did that to elderly residents it would have been neglect too! I would have been written up and/or fired too. The skin breakdown can happen so fast and the rashes and infections can be very serious, especially when the person cannot effectively communicate how they’re feeling to you (such as babies and those with advanced dementia). It’s unacceptable.
Yep! Used to work with toddlers (pre-potty training age) and it was an hourly diaper check unless we smelled #2 then we had to change it immediately. Atp we would check everyone else 😅 they liked to do their business in a clean diaper and I can’t blame them
I also don't understand the "I get checked regularly" as an excuse not to use protection. You can catch a lot of things and not all of them are curable or treatable
The thing that gets me about 'Nurse' Hannah is that she says she doesn't change the kids' diapers if they have only peed because diapers are too expensive to change if they have only urinated. That's how you give your kid a UTI, bladder infection or kidney infection if you let it go for too long.
the fact that she is a mormon tells me this is completely sincere. i really do think behavior like this and culty religions overlap often a channel called Jordan and Mckay, two ex mormons and a licensed therapist, talk about this stuff much more in depth.

I'm a bit scared to post this lol but every time I hear about the diaper lady I'm confused about this one (very minor) thing. Do people change their kids' diaper every time they pee? How do they know when they've peed?? When my kid was little he peed constantly. And I changed him every 2-3 hours (we used cloth diapers so it was really necessary) and I know for a fact people change their kids waaay less. What do you mean every time they pee. I am confusion
girl, really? Let be the one. Yes, every time. If you didn't do that you're doing the very thing everyone here is calling abusive. So... maybe process that before you sit here asking why everyone doesn't leave their kids in drenched diapers. It's bc that is abuse. It sounds like this was unintentional abuse, but it's abuse. It's meant to be EVERY. TIME. they pee, yes. So you can change every 20 mins... and that is what you're meant to do.
and you know bc you.... check? Usually you stick a finger down the side about every ten minutes to see if it's damp and if it's damp you change it out. If it is so drenched with pee that it's heavy then usually that's a few pees and you've missed one so change right away. NEVER leave them longer than an hour, at longest, or they will begin to get a rash and after a while an infection. You can also sniff? But you do it ... constantly really... but about every ten minutes. Then if they have a wet bum you change it immediately otherwise, again, rash and infection. So you're going to be checking every ten fifteen minutes by sticking a finger down the side to check for damp and you're changing them every hour. Even more important for a newborn but not changing at least once an hour if there is any damp or moisture is neglect. It is textbook neglect and you should not be doing that. If you feel I am being harsh, and I am, maybe just google it. Google might be nicer but you'll find it is neglect and abuse.
and yeah it's a lot of diapers that's a baby and they are hard work. You can always just choose to not do things with babies: that's why it's called neglect. Nothing really bad happens. You just don't bother bc it's a hassle and easier to do it the less work heavy way. That's called child neglect.
my kids had the diapers that when wet had a line that appeared on the diaper itself, so that helped a lot and saved me from having to check every 30 seconds. they also had really sensitive skin so i was personally pretty militant about changing them very often. how was the cloth diaper experience? i always felt like it must be so hard. i had two at once otherwise i probably would’ve done cloth diapers.
@@fatsajakthe cloth diaper thing was great. Didn't have the dramatic blowouts that happen with regular ones. I had my kid during lockdown so I hyperfixated on it and figured it out and bought cute patterns and just loved it. He also found it kinda fun cause he got to choose the pattern. He never got a rash or anything. But yeah I get it being overwhelming, I did it cause laundry was one of my kinda meditative chores and I knew I was gonna be able to stick with it
I could never stand Ethan Klein. He's always come off as smug jackass. The 17 diapers lady I also was repulsed. I'm a mom. Unless she is suffering from depression, there id no reason to leave them just where you changed it. That's just being lazy. And gross. No one can convince me otherwise.
As someone who is a fan of the h3 show, I don’t agree with everything Ethan says or does. But that’s normal. I think it’s odd when fans of anyone defend every single thing they do. People are complicated. That’s why I personally love having the big crew on their podcast because I get to hear everyone’s different takes, and people challenging him on what he says live.
because I feel like it was telling of how he actually felt. cutting himself off saying "her ten seconds" felt incredibly freudian to me. I filmed a bit about how he said he was sad because their kids don't know each other, but honestly it didn't feel super relevant to the topic.
…you don’t need to “deep dive on Trisha Paytas” to address the fact that she’s liiiiike one of the worst people who exist. (And BOY DOES SHE ever LOUUUDLY EXIST lol) -You don’t need to even mention her at all?- Buttt idk I guess the whole disclaimer is weird lol. Like, mentioning T with the disclaimer that you’re NOT gonna say negative scoff on her, but that NOT saying something negative is something you you need to address … (?), and then the whole beat you do on Ethan is “I don’t like Ethan and now I need to address that i am allowed to not like Ethan, I don’t like Ethan ok don’t get mad that I don’t like Ethan --“ Ok. I’m not! But Wondering what point were you making bringing the whole thing up at all? Not a criticism necessarily, an honest question. like I don’t particularly like Ethan either, but I do recognize he’s not actively ruining lives, which is Trisha’s favorite pastime and frequent goal. So it’s just a lilll unclear what that was all about to me lolol were you just trying to mention that she was on SNL and Ethan noticed?
i suppose the point is that both of these people exist in separate ways in this particular story. in terms of exactly the issue at hand and nothing else, i found myself indifferent to trisha and annoyed with ethan. the nuance is in being able to look at these people situationally. now overall i find ethan’s vibe immature and annoying, even outside of his relationship (or lack thereof) with trisha. overall i find trisha somewhat interesting to observe but i can also recognize she’s been/continues to be deeply problematic. i also don’t follow either of them closely enough to be aware of every single indiscretion, which is why i typically only speak of them loosely and state this upfront. both have very aggressive fanbases and haters and i want to be clear that i am neither for both of them.
Child or stan, stan or child? Oh god, your account is 13 years old. That answers that question. I encourage you to get a grip, and maybe practise a little English composition in your free time because WOOF, this comment.
I love trish because shes showing what it means to actually try there hardest to change ugly things about them. Ethan has always been annoying his monotone voice is so blah

H3 fans: Say it.
Nerd: I don't care that you're mad.
Where is DREW!!!!❤😂
But yeah I get it being overwhelming, I did it cause laundry was one of my kinda meditative chores and I knew I was gonna be able to stick with it
5:01 **Except for Martin Short
thanks for taking a hot karl on my hopes sajak
Ethan **is** deeply annoying lol
Would love to know your thoughts on another horrible tiktok mother Ashley Trevino the inmate hopper
oh lord. I'll have to familiarize myself first, but I'm not sure I want to lol
hey Queen!
heyyyyyy!
🪷🐉💚💚💚
That woman is in her 40s for sure
I don't like Ethan Klein either.
I hate playing this card, but if Bonnnie was a man…?
🤘😘🔥
Okay but Ethan spent the majority of that episode talking about how happy he was for Trisha and how stoked he was. Why did you use that specific clip?
because I feel like it was telling of how he actually felt.
cutting himself off saying "her ten seconds" felt incredibly freudian to me. I filmed a bit about how he said he was sad because their kids don't know each other, but honestly it didn't feel super relevant to the topic.
Comments like these makes me realize how willing people are to believe people don't lie or say stuff because "it's the right thing to do"
Why not? Why not make content for her audience that appeals to her fans?
@@punkybrewstar83 I'm a huge fan of Sajak and was surprised because she normally provides a bit more context, which is why I asked.
uhhh, sajak, you're looking cute today ☺️
Hell yeah
girl ur hilarious

Woo!
…you don’t need to “deep dive on Trisha Paytas” to address the fact that she’s liiiiike one of the worst people who exist. (And BOY DOES SHE ever LOUUUDLY EXIST lol)
-You don’t need to even mention her at all?-
Buttt idk I guess the whole disclaimer is weird lol.
I encourage you to get a grip, and maybe practise a little English composition in your free time because WOOF, this comment.
i can’t believe i ever liked ethan lmao. but i also liked colleen, soooo we grow 😭😭😭😭
Oh Ethan. 17 diapers..that couple doesn’t seem to even want children..and they have two :(
Drew 🎹 Cheap Wayfair chairs and couch here👈🏻
I love trish because shes showing what it means to actually try there hardest to change ugly things about them. Ethan has always been annoying his monotone voice is so blah
congrats you described s*x work stigma
😂 I did the same thing I blocked h3h3 as well for the same reason. It would make me irrationally angry to wake up to his voice and horrid opinions when I fell asleep watching RUclips. That could be up to a few times a day because I'm addicted to this app.
YES. it was so annoying to wake up to honestly lol
