Hey, maturity is at about 4m(12ft) sometimes it can be higher. The life span can be 10 years but grows relatively fast given the conditions. I'd say close to 8 ft in a few years will be mature. Like kava the minimum maturity for harvest is 3 years. Of course, South this plant you can use it well before this time.
