Please check power supply module first. When connect AC cord then must be checked +24VDC voltage out at 2x3 pin header. And check DC5V or DC3.3V on the AMP board. If good then you must check touch IC cables for turn on power. Good luck.

Hi, I've come here because I can't find anything on the internet about the problem I'm having. It happens that my Harman Kardon Aura studio 3 was playing music normally, but suddenly it turned off, the speaker still turns on, but it doesn't make sound when turning on, and it basically has no audio.when trying to connect it to Bluetooth, it makes a kind of "Static noise" and does nothing else, it is worth mentioning that it DOES connect to Bluetooth, but when it starts to play whatever, the noise sounds and disconnect the device, and through the 3.5mm jack it does not work in the same way, can someone help me?
Is it working when you touch power key? If not working then I think it is power supply problem. Please check DC voltage after teardown. It must be checked 24VDC always.

This is due to the 3.5mm audio jack. In normal cases you should leave this unplugged because there is a switch in the 3.5mm which grounds the audio lines. The device switches between cable audio and bluetooth by detecting this grounding. If it is unplugged and there is still a problem I would suggest making a 3.5mm jack with a short cable where all 3 wires are tied and/or soldered together.

Es una pena. En primer lugar, deberás contactar con un centro de servicio postventa oficial. Se cree que la placa de alimentación probablemente esté dañada. Después del desmontaje, es posible que no puedas recibir el A/S, por lo que te recomendamos enviarlo primero a un centro de A/S.

AUra Studio is slow to respond when turning the power on/off via the touch sensor. I think it's about 2 seconds or more. So, the delay in response forces you to try touching it again, and doing so will result in unwanted operations.

hey bro i have a question, we have multiple aura 3 have sound issue do you think can be from WS9641? the bluetooth connected but no sound or it can be from AK7755 and PCM1789?
From R520 and R523 resistors are 0.59 Ohm. 4 resistors are connected in parallel. So the combined shunt resistance value is 0.1475 ohms. When I measure the resistance with a multimeter, it comes out as 0.2 ohms. The accuracy of my multimeter is not good. But theoretically it would be 0.1475 ohm.

Recommend 24V 5A if you need full power output. You have to remove AC to DC power board and replace new battery pack included DC-DC boost converter. [Battery voltage (7.2V or 14.4V) to 24 voltage] How about use external power pack (AC 110V or 220V support)

The Aura Studio 3 main board need 24V DC / 5A power. If you want to support external power without modify, then connect DC to AC power bank. (110V or 220V AC out). Just find DC to AC power bank. But if you want to modify internal power board, then I recommend remove AC/DC board and replace new power board(DC to DC boost). In this case you can not support AC power anymore.

Check below point. Bluetooth: bluetooth extension U.FL RF antenna connector. If U.FL connector separated from AMP board then can not check bluetooth signal. Touch : check touch connection 6pin cable. Good luck

I think it is normal in aura studio 3. Bass speaker power is 100W. And treble speakers are 30W. Too much bass sound. Unfortunately this Aura studio can not control bass volume manually. But Aura studio 4 can control bass and treble volumes.
