This was my 1st time going to Ollie's! This store is HUGE. So many deals to see. They have everything from Fishing Poles to Flooring. I was impressed by how much flooring and carpet they had. There was a very nice selection of healthy snack mixed with keto and junk food. Something for everyone. The Bedding was very affordable and they had alot of Bathroom Items such as Towels, Rugs and Organizational Items. Let me know in the comments if you have been to Ollie's and what you would like to see me film in the future.

I like Ollie's but it is a outlet store for things other stores possibly didnt sell. And they dont restock the same items. So definitely if you see something you like, grab it! And sure I would like to see more of Ollie's on your channel. Neat store. Thank you

I think you will love this store. My son and I have been there several times. They are known for buying truckloads of items to sell at a discount. Their carpets are beautiful and they have plenty. They literally have just about everything. Some items are only there for a short time. I love their motto, "good stuff cheap." Lol

Yes it is common, they always have seasonal things, such as candy ( Easter), (Halloween), Christmas.
Their flooring, and rugs, and Linoleum is awesome prices.

Yea, seen they got stores around the middle or mid lower part of the states but nonw really east or west coast any. i gues cause they are like biglots kinda and maybe too much to compete with other places that do same so try cover areas that dont got biglots or cheaper places like dollar tree or 99 cent store any.

Hey Amy, my store is always busy!!! My favorite aisle is the book section and the spices. If you find what you want you better get it that day. 😂
They also have a good selection of Bibles. I found alot of large print Bibles.
Once you figure out what day they get their truck in ,then you will be able to shop there better. I have learned not to shop their on the weekends. Everything is sold out. And also I do not shop there during the first week of the month. I used to work retail and you quickly figure out when people receive their spending money.
Yes, buyouts,and from time to time you get coupon for 15%or what your purchases allow.AndI too love the books,furniture, and school. And craft supplies.Your in the Army now of Savings.

The product's aren't always the same either. What one State's store has, another State may not. But, they might...

Hi Amy! Ollie’s is great! You never know what you will find. Great for books, rugs, kitchen items, toys. As long as you don’t mind searching, it is good. Yes, if you see it, buy it. It is buyout from stores that close, etc. Enjoy!
They have sooo many bulk seasonings to choose from. They have a great candy selection. They have a huge selection of rugs and carpeting. I love ollies! Reminds me of the way big lots used to be.

We just had an Ollie’s open up in the town 6 miles from me but I haven’t been yet. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it but I’m excited for anything that’s not Walmart or dollar tree since that’s all we have!

Thank you for showing us Ollie's, especially during a grand opening with loud music, and when you hadn't had lunch! I found some "bar mop" kitchen cloths I liked there and bought some, then when I went in six months or so later they still had some so I got more, I was pleasantly surprised. Some things do stay in stock. Love their books also.
I have spent a fortune on books in the past 9 mos. on books alone, but I go through a discount web site. I for one appreciate your doing a video on Ollies. TFS Have a good day!

Like many places, you need to becareful. But you can find so real bargains.
Best book selection ever.
Ollie's, is a Closeout Store. They sell discontinued, out of season items or things they buy in lots or bulk. Then they turn it over at a cheaper than retail price. The items may be in stock this week, but, once they sell out. They may never have that same item again. It's a cool store. I like to go and walk around and see what they have.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this video! I actually shop at Ollie's often. I have learned to navigate each section and find the best prices. Depending on what you're looking for, some things are definitely discounted more than other stores such as: off season leftover's, medicinal items, breakfast items, cleaning supplies, some home decor, books/stationery, As seen on TV items, candy/chocolate, bedding/sheets, snacks, etc. This is definitely one of my go-to stores! I hope you go back. The rugs can get pricey. TFS girl! 💙💙
I love Ollie’s! Awesome books, bibles, craft books and awesome cook books and kids books. I have been known to shop there for 4 hours and still couldn’t thru the whole store! Hidden bargains on home decors and bedding!

I used to work in Ollie's in Cheektowaga, NY some years ago. The key to Ollie's is to get their rewards card. Every time you shop use your card. The signs with lower prices compared to the sticker is the price to go by. They have many different items on sale. And yes, some are closeout prices. And some of their items stay the same price. For instance, their bed in a bag is the same price for both queen and king size. You have to comparison shop just like anywhere else. They have different sales each week. The best thing about them is they allow you to make a cup of coffee for free. And they allow you to use the bathroom. Which is great.
Prices are decent. When they advertise a close out grab it! I just got a 15% off for the weekend and in the ad they had craft carts for $19 and Michaels has there’s at $29. I’ll be driving right by an Ollies and plan to stop! And books, great deals on books! Yep you found the books 📚 I love looking at them too, I had to giggle at your reaction, no offense

I love Ollie's. Thanks for sharing. They buy closeouts, so they don't always have the same things, but they always have nice rugs.
I used to work at ollie's the one in Cherry hill New Jersey. They buy things that other wearhouses can't get rid of. Once they sell out it's done. They get certain things constantly also. The prices are good. There's another place I go to also in New Jersey it's called job lots and their prices are good also and affordable. They even buy refurbished things that the wearhouses can't get rid of also and sell it for a lesser price.

I love our Ollie's they had better prices but due to the impact of covid the prices had gone up a little we go when we can i love the pet , small appliances, baking and dishware bedding and books sections im glad to went to check it out it is overwhelming at first but each time you go its a cake walk oh and everything is get it when it there cause it wont be there next time a/c units are seasonal have a blessed night

I have an Ollie's opening this fall 2021 that's right down the street from my house. Looking forward to going into it thanks to your video. I agree with you about the Aldi solar lights. They are fantastic and buying the Dollar Tree lights every year is a waste of money. I bought 2 individual solar lights from Aldi's in 2020 and I have yet to replace the battery and they are very bright. I also purchased two 6 packs of the solar lights that were on sale a few weeks ago. I ❤ them.
I also have an Ollie's in my state and I've never gone. So thank you for showing this store I will definitely be going there after seeing this video.😊

Our big lots closed down so I hope it’s similar. We got a roses in its places and it’s awful. No aldi here, just Marshall’s snd Tuesday morning. Pretty boring small town. Everything is an hour drive to the bigger stores. I’m in central Louisiana. Thanks again!
Definitely would like to see more. There is one 30 mins away from me but it is a waste to drive that far and not get anything. So if you do film at least I can see and decide whether to go or not.
Our Ollies is packed so tight you can only squeeze one buggy down each aisle. Got “crocs” there last week 4.99 a pair.
Love when they get their winter boots 19.99 and 9.99.
Have to watch their ads. Seasonal stuff cheaper- Christmas trees, decorations or air conditioners, ect.

My 1st thought was if BigLots and OldTime Pottery had a Baby it's Ollies! They do play their music loud and they also have their own repetitious commercial that says get it while you can because when its gone its gone. I love mine, your seems so better stocked and so well organized. OCD approved organized IMHO! Don't watch the carpets. Mine fell apart. I do get lots of things that are less than even Walmart but they claim Theirs and Ours prices and they are not always the cheapest. I can find similar items at Dollar Tree for less but not like many items I had found and or purchased at Ollies. I love the garden section and the snack/candy section and I looked up Olympic pains and those are surely a great bargain at less than 1/2 the price of what they sell for normally elsewhere. I love Ollies! They have different stuff all the time but they do have some of the same stuff all the time. Wait til Christmas time..the book and toy sections have sooo much stuff.
Who does not enjoy shopping at Ollie's at all, this place is kind of epic. Also they got some great stuff for a lower price. I think the best time to shop here is right after Thanksgiving Day all the way up to New years Eve. The best stuff and the best prices, so how can you not enjoy shopping here.

I love Ollies! It's typically not the cleanest or most organized but they have great deals. I have purchased all of my window air conditioners there and have never been disappointed.

My husband's mom introduced me to Ollie's about 2 years ago.
They finally came to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and I absolutely love this store.
Books and bibles are fantastic by many times found so many that were just a great deal.
Some of my favorite items to buy there are some that you have already mentioned...
Laundry soap coffee crafting supplies some tools and a menagerie of a whole bunch of other things.
I told my girls that it's worth stopping in every so often just to see what they have and yes I do believe you're right...
I believe the store stalks things that come from stores that are closing out... clear and seeing different items xcetera.
I'm going to suck subscribe to your channel I do hope that you'll make a periodic visit and film what you can it's so helpful to know what other stores are carrying before you even enter the door....
I realize that different regions are going to have different items but I think in many situations it's going to be comprable.

You never know with Ollies, usually once it’s gone it is done! But I have seen the coffee, towels & select different items be around for a long time.

If you home school and love DIY and not so worried about perfection. Soooo good and yes it is here today gone in 2.5 seconds. Yes off season stuff but there paints ect is good quality for the price. Food just watch the dates for some things. Yes it is discount and one and done stuff.

Books are the best thing to buy at Ollie’s. Last spring they had tons of beautiful ceramic pots at good prices. I love looking at the comforters but I’ve never found one I liked. Its hit and miss with the bedding. I bought two little ceramic lamps for $4 a piece (no lampshades). I once bought a beautiful, very large print of a painting which looks like Lake George (which is where I live). I got a steal of a deal on it. I like to look for textiles from India. I once bought 9, 2x3’ Chindi rugs for $1 apiece, sewed them together and made myself a decent sized room size rug - to put in my entryway during mud season- 100% cotton and machine washable. I don’t have a sewing machine, I just whipstitched them together. I’m offended by the prices of their old candy. They could do better. I would definitely check expiration dates of any food that you buy. But books - that is the best thing to buy at Ollie’s. For most things there, you could get a better product for a cheaper price at Walmart. They are also very good at returns if you have a receipt. The employees are friendly and cheerful. Because they sell food, they were open during the Covid shutdown. Being able to shop there for home items and books is what kept me from going insane.
Ollie's shopper here... when they get a good buy in it sdoesnt stick around. Got lavender liquid hand soap large bottle 1.99. The next week gone. Check out there essential oils. Good prices. Also clocks and pics r good prices.
Certain brands will always be there, as Ollie’s holds stock in them. Steelton tools, the Lisa Charisma rugs, Country Living, Ripafratta kcups...but as a general rule, if you see it and want it, grab it or it may be gone next time.

We were able to purchase gallon jugs of pool chlorine (limit of 10 gallons) as well as granular shock. If your store is a grand opening, that explains why it is so well stocked and the big selection. We have purchased some beautiful and excellent quality bath sheets at Ollies. Again it is a hit or miss type of store. I use the App Flipp to view the store flyers. Based on the flyer for Ollies they usually have those items but you have to get there to find the items you want.
