I thought Kim was very good when doing dialogue, but I felt embarrassed when she was delivering the lines that were more like catchphrases. I guess I always took for granted the level of skill it would take to not seem ridiculous.
Kim wasn't as bad as expected, so people confused that with "Good". Siobahn was powerful enough to be running everything and be 3/4 of the son...but couldn't host? Worried she'd have another human? They groomed Anna to be perfect, so she was stronger than Siobahn...so her chant could destroy them all? Because if it was the chant itself, Adeline could have used it earlier. While I believe Adeline was good and made a great sacrifice for love and goodness, Anna wasn't especially virtuous, just blonde. She wasn't more selfish than anyone else wantingvto be good at what they do. Her selfish choices were all coerced. Also. The one who killed Dex (her daughter too) was following orders.She killed the surrogate twin...because it would be human? Because it would weaken the other? I think demon child could have absorbed it. Why don't they want twins? So many questions. I think the spiders were a creepily lame metaphor for Siobahn's role as the queen of an intricate web. Oh...and when they all start speaking together in unison...too Disney. And if they were going to kill Preech anyway (that name)...why wait? So the dr's assistant was one of them...or tried to stop them? What happened to her? Why not have a witch as Dr Hill's assistant? Oh, and the baby chopping of Dex's hand was dumn. If it could do that, then it should have been birthed already. The head could come before...whatever.
This one ended off flat! I was like why did Anna put that headpiece on & that baby’s facial expressions was so weird at times. And what is the deeper backstory on several others including Kim. And how did Dex mom get talked into acting like she was the mother? Also how did the dad meet Kim's character and did not stay young? And if Kim is dead what happens to the other females? Too much to unpack…🥴😒🙄
I thought Kim K was the best part of the season. She had presence. This was the perfect role for her and a great villain over all. It was the absolute terrible ending with no resolution for unanswered setups they took forever to build on throughout this season.
I agree it did have potential. This season started dragging though with several episodes then the last 2 episodes finally started picking up then the finale seemed so rushed, unexplained and unfulfilling. So disappointing
There are so many different psychological, gore, thriller, and monster themes they could explore and write incredible stories about. I👏🏽Am👏🏽 Tired👏🏽 Of👏🏽 These👏🏽 Witches👏🏽! Do something else!!! As a day 1 fan of AHS, it's sad to say but I've been disappointed for more than a few seasons now.

Yes! The potential was there - probably my favorite as far as an AHS theme, BUT Ryan Murphy will rush a story line. His finales always bother me!
