In the original game, this fight was much MUCH harder. Robot Plankton did not give breaks, and you could not really hit anything on the Robot Spongebob from the ground in the first round. Yeah they turned down the difficulty in the entire game down a ton for the remake.

Fun fact their was supposed to be a muscle phase of this boss in the original and you would have to throw rocks as Patrick but it was scrapped
Tip: when you fight roboplankton just wait until he shoots and jump over it and hit it
Oh the switch version you can re fight the final boss
I played the boss fight how it wants us too and it wasn’t hand but it was harder than that
