Estevao is a SUPREME talent, we are lucky to have him. But we needs to manage him properly, no need to rush him at all. If things go according to plan we have a player who can be on the Balon D'or podium multiple times.

Decal Rice is by far one of the lowest footballing IQ players that exist in this England squad. He sees Palmer and Kane making a run 10 times yet he looks back and passes back the ball. He single handedly took Palmer out of the game by not passing to him. No wonder Marina and Roman sold him and these owners didn't buy him back either. Arsenal suits him well. No trophies.
Thank God somebody noticed that player rice. The guy doesn't have any technical football IQ, he just slowed that midfield and didn't want to pass forward. England were very lucky with that win because that was a shocking performance from them. Yet I see some people blaming Cole for being quiet when the people who were meant to passing were just passing back and sideways.

@Younes it’s true our scouting is quality however the signings deteriorate either due to pressure or lack of game time, the potential of players we have is to be envied by other clubs but failure in asissting them to grow will bite us back, players like Mudryk, Carney, Casadei, Guiui, Washington should get minutes via proper loans, we are killing their talents at the moment
Yes the owners/recruitment team is good at spotting talent but terrible at developing talent, I reckon there is a possibility that Omorodion or Dhuran perhaps could fail to find their feet at chelsea

In regards to Estevao Chelsea offered a "pathway" for his parents. They will also move with him to London. So he get his family around him. And AFAIK that was a big kicker for Estevao to choose Chelsea. His Dad talked about it in a recent Interview. why they choose Chelsea after all.

The owners did say by the third season we will have a clear idea of where the club is heading. By the 5th season 2027 we should be competing for major silverware prem and champions league and not competing like arsenal. More like city Bayern and real……and by 2030 we should be the best runned club in world football on and off the pitch….this plan never included winning silverware in the first 2 or 3 seasons sorry. They also plan to look for the very best talents before their price explodes, some maybe misses so they want to avoid another Enzo Fernandez situation. Some kids will be flipped along with academy players who are not up to the level required.

However if chelsea move the stadium from stamford bridge,it has to change its name to something else other than chelsea.except the board comes into agreement with the i think some sort of supporters club that owns the right to the name chelsea.
Stamford Bridge is in Fulham, but it's not owned by Fulham. It's owned by Chelsea Pitch Owners (CPO)

Sometimes when I see you soo excited I remember how critical you've been on the new owners, Maresca, Jackson and how negative you've been on everything Chelsea some few months back. You never saw anything good about the team or the new owners.
