TY. I've a 1996 993 C2 iris blue metallic, 66,000 miles, 6-speed manny tranny, varioram, LSD. No CEL, no oil leaks. Multi-show full-concours winner. I do my own maintenance. I'm never selling it.
Magnus --- as a kid growing up in Westchester, home of LAX airport, just a few miles North up the beach from Manhattan Beach, I remember going to my grandmother's house when she lived in Redondo Beach which is the next city South of Manhattan Beach, driving with my parents in the early 1970s going down Pacific Coast Highway and we would drive by Vasek Polak and the building had giant windows with heritage racing Porsches and BMWs as well as new models. As time went by and I got older and started surfing and then driving my own car, I'd always try to make time to stop and look at the race cars. One of my favorite Hotwheels diecast cars was when they released the 917. I told myself one day I will own a P car. I am 58 yrs old now and still haven't bought my P car. I've had all the muscle cars, Camaros, Chevelles, El Camino, Z28, Hemi Magnum Wagon, 66 Tbird with 427 cu engine, now my 500 horsepower Cadillac Escalade ESV. I still want a P car and hopefully I get one soon. I've been diagnosed with PAH and I'm told I have between 2 and 10 maybe 12 years to live. We'll see how things work out. I live in Downtown LA now for the last couole years and work as an electrical contractor for the major film and tv studios and production companies. I think I'll sell my hemi magnum wagon and save some money and maybe, just maybe find a cheap P car to buy and tinker on for my last few years. You never know. God works in weird ways. He let me live when I was told I was going to die two years ago. There must be a reason for that.
Ah yes, downtown LA at 1-3am. Best time to be there. Fantastic film production with great footage. I'm not a Porsche guy, so I wouldn't know one 911 from another, but I still enjoy the vids that Magnus puts out there.
This car is hella sweet! Having Andial go over your car, service it and put a track package on it.. 3.8 turbo .. roll cage. All from a legendary Porsche tuner that was to become Porsche Motorsport. That butter smooth 993 suspension system that just SOAKES up bumps
Pretty cool to see the next generation of fans enthusiastically getting into some cool cars! I like the story of how the car got passed down to him. Keeping the torch going!
About 10 years ago I almost bought a 993 turbo that was built as a clone of an Andial GT2. It was built by EPE in Massachusetts. 3.8L, bigger turbos, etc. it was fast. I think they wanted $40k at the time due to it having high miles and rough paint. I wish I bought it, but at the time I didn’t want a car that needed paint. BTW a stock 993 turbo had 408 hp not 450.
love the fact that it"s a quiet car..a true sleeper..with all the power to take on most of the production car..similar to a RUF build....discret but deadly..

Sounds like a lovely smooth power delivery,was never really a fan of the 993 but that might of changed my opinion now,have you seen the RUclips video of Chris Harris driving the one off 911k that revs to 11k ,that’s worth a watch,I’d like to see you review it and hear you opinions on it 👍🏻
Love to know what that cars boosting at, the exhausts in general with the turbos sounds a bit Fizzy, this one sounds a bit deeper. Havent heard a turbo like the deep rumblings the NA 993 , I wish, Can you share anything about the exhaust setup? Great cars ..
Low program boost is .8 bar. High program is 1.1 bar. The mufflers were custom built for Andial. The exhaust is stock aside from the mufflers, catalytic converters and all!

Porsche's 964 and 993 911's are awesome, but the prices are phuqen silly these days and it's wrecked obtaining one for most people. Only 🥜sacks born with silver spoons in their mouths can afford them now, or if you're a normal person make the decision between this and a house.
Every German version ran higher compression and hotter cams stock from factory same goes for BMW and Mercedes euro cars. The bast part of all this doesn’t matter what happened they could actually fix your cars unlike anywhere else in the world even today. GT2 was an option genius I’ll use that term loosely 😮😂 Guess what it means when it’s a upgraded version for speed😂😂😂
Magnus, get a well set up 993 and you’d eat your words. I’ve got a set up which includes KW coil overs suspension Single mass flywheel etc etc, you’d be shocked
Well considering every Andial that’s been sold lately has brought more than a $75k premium over a standard 993 Turbo (with comparable miles/spec) it doesn’t sound crazy to me. Andial’s name and racing pedigree has a lot of clout in the 1970’s/80’s/90’s…… nearly every winning Porsche race car you’d see had Andial on it
To me, 993 Turbo is the all-time greatest Porsche. That is the best looking car ever made. Period.

My x51 993 Turbo with 451 bhp is plenty quick so to see the extra mid range punch this Andial has with an extra 100+HP is pretty impressive.
How long ago did you get that 993?
Over 600hp in the “high boost” program, which is still only 1.1 bar.
