It's very impressive just how comprehensively well spread Amazfit's portfolio of devices is. They really seem to get the hardware end of it all; there is a type of watch or tracker style for most any taste. Their software and feature-set may lack a feature or two in some cases but once price is considered, their devices end up all very compelling and competitive with any other devices in any sub $300 price bracket. The best part is their battery life, I would assume WearOS to be far and above the most fluid of the various OS' available to Android device users with the older Tizen devices and Fitbits being next up. I'd like to see how fluid the chipset in the GTS 4 and GTR 4. They don't list specifications for their processors anywhere I've seen buy these must be housing their best chips. My wonder is how it holds up day-to-day, are there annoyances due to being less integrated than a Tizen device and a Galaxy smartphone or a Pixel paired with a Pixel Watch? That's what I'd find would deter me, having tried the aforementioned, more integrated solutions. I'm also surprised, considering how many devices they sell, that they don't partner with a payment app (something like a banking app, PayPal/Venmo app) or make one of their own.
How do these compare to the GTR 3 Pro, since that can be found at a reduced price. If GTR 4 is too much then would going for GTR 3 Pro be better than the GTS 4 mini?
Thanks for the detailed review. Does both these watches allow music streaming from youtube music, spotify and apple music? Do they have ability to pay using NFC? Can i pick phone calls and lastly does it support calendar sync with Gmail, Outlook?
Do either have the ability to take an ECG, sleep tracking, body temperature tracking, and 24/7 continuous heart rate and SpO2 tracking? I'm allergic to Galaxy watches and I'm looking for an acceptable, accurate, replacement watch. Having a blood pressure feature would be a bonus.
Great videos! How sturdy have you found the build quality of the GTR4? I'm trying to decide between the GTR4 (for all the features), Huawei Gt2 pro (only for the build) and Garmin Vivoactive 4/4s (for build and Spotify). The only thing holding me back from buying the Amazfit are my doubts about the materials, esp the screen. P.S: I had tried on the GTS4 mini as well, since it fits my wrist better. The lack of inbuilt music storage is what pushed me towards the GTR4.

GTS4 mini has increased in price. Two weeks ago it was like approximately $70, today it is now approximately $100.
