This is my 5th cash app account and it was closed this morning. The disregard for their clients is ridiculous. They repeat the same scripted lines and never offer a reason why the account was closed. I am cashing out and never going back. This sh*t should be ILLEGAL. Anyone having better luck with similar services.

They also wouldn’t give me my account and routing number information it just disappeared. I believe Support even told me to just make a new account and it’s been working fine since then. Really not a convenient situation to be in and I had made cash app my primary banking institution but now I’ve considered having a physical local bank as a back up. It should be borderline illegal not to have comprehensive customer support.
This sounds like they are in the business of stealing peoples money and feeling like they did it legally. If You lost a huge sum of money, I would sue them. Find out there location and find out who is in charge. I will make sure to keep little money on my account.

Cash app sucks balls! They did the same garbage! Thought it was a scam bc it was so lousy and non descriptive. Unbelievable! I thought fdic requires closing act for specified reason and federal laws require anybody being removed from a banking institution has to have written articulable reasons for removing from fdic insured entity? I’m unsure about this so if anyone could clear it up I’d appreciate it.

It’s not that he couldn’t get in…the app closed his account…making it were he can’t use it for sending or receiving…nor can he buy or sell crypto…he can only withdraw the funds that remain on the account…. What he may not have realized…or maybe he does by now…but when cashapp does this…not only do they close the account that they claim violates their policies…but they also make it impossible for you to really create a new account…you can still make one…but it’s only usable up until they force you to verify your identity…soon as you do so…they will tell you that your information is linked to a policy violation and cannot be used….haha the app is strict for no reason…cause they NEVER actually give you any insight on the violations they claim you’ve committed

Cash app sucks balls! They did the same garbage! Thought it was a scam bc it was so lousy and non descriptive. Unbelievable! I thought fdic requires closing act for specified reason and federal laws require anybody being removed from a banking institution has to have written articulable reasons for removing from fdic insured entity? I’m unsure about this so if anyone could clear it up I’d appreciate it.
