It was not entirely Pledis’ fault. Apparently there were internal issues happening among the members. A messy situation that was partly confirmed by Kyla.

@@saladwithasideof I’m pretty sure you can find out if you google the whole Kyla mess. I don’t think the disbandment happened due to quarrels between members, but more so because they didn’t behave well.
Kyla said she graduated university on the day that was supposed to be their disbandment day GO QUEEN🎉
damn i feel sad that most of them left the music industry and half either went to modeling or acting. none of them are really singers/idols anymore. if kpop was more accepting of groups redebuting or of older female idols (not teens or young adults), then maybe they would've came back to the industry. such a waste of talent 😭

You’re so right. Most of them kinda dipped. It was really just extremely sad to see Hinapia not working out. I think the members really decided to just leave or change career paths after being unsuccessful again
I’d say it’s because of the trauma they all faced from disbanding.

I still think of Pristin and the Pledis situation more often than not. It’s just so tragic how you can win rookie group of the year and then completely vanish. Pristin is a rare case of extreme success and extreme mismanagement. And they DID IT TWICE OMG. After school was completely ditched
I remembered way back in 2019; it's been three weeks since I started stanning them. I was at the school when I read about their disbandment. Badly broke my heart. I was expecting more from them :
I miss PRISTIN so much, I would love to see the 10 members together again sometime...
P.S. My bias is either Yuha, Xiyeon, Yehana, Roa or Rena! It's so hard to choose :,)

c'est fou comment pledis les a lache alors qu'elle avait eu un debut hyper prometteur en terme de chiffres, c'etait vraiment un choc pour tout le monde qu'elles soient aussi mal gérées et abandonnées comme ca (même si bon avant ya eu after school on aurait du se douter que c'est vraiment des nullos)

Such a shame Pledis inability of managing a group but also how to treat one and seems like they did not know what to do anymore with pristin after things started to get worse after knetz shamed kyla for her weight and things just went down hill they had so much potential and could have become a big group or a very known one under Pledis and they would have probably reached more people and attention if they were still under Pledis which is now apart of hybe I mean we saw what happened with fromis9 after they joined hybe after the merger and just I’m mad there songs were good and they could have reached such high and big peaks (the possibilities now I’m thinking of since Pledis sold themselves to hybe)

Saddening because pledis shldnt have debuted so many of them.
They probably would have been bigger if Pledis debuted them just a seven members group. Adding 3 filler members just made them feel such a big group, smaller groups were easier to follow
No if pledis actually promoted them and protected the members from knets and people like you calling them filler and body shaming Kyla they would've been a big group hope this helps🥰
