Wow, this video blew my mind! The level of creativity and thought that went into every frame is absolutely astounding. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen for a single second! The visuals are stunning, the editing is flawless, and the storytelling is captivating. It's clear that a tremendous amount of effort and talent was poured into creating this masterpiece.
This is amazing. Thank you soooo much for this video. What a great way to add value and beauty to Canva creations. I'm going to try it today. I really, truly appreciate this.
Another helpful hint, at the end when placing the final flamingo, if you copy the image from your original design, it should fit directly onto the page where it fits perfectly
This was really clear instructions and gave a wonderful effect. Love this going to try it. Do you mind doing more videos with different subjects like people or city skylines. I definitely learned something new to try.
I was just gonna say WOW, and someone before me just did. Anyway, WOW what a great video, you have far too few subscribers, at least you have one more now:)
This was great but we don't get to see the final outcome. At about 10:56 Canva Text Trick video link pops directly over the image and obstructs the video. Normally they pop up to the left or right.
Wonderful tutorial BUT I'm totally flummoxed. I have gone thru everything step by step several times but CANNOT get just the letters to outline. It always outlines the pic that would be your flamingo and maybe a couple of black dots. I am not using photographs -- I'm using a saved (png) midjourney image (starfish) and a canva "map" background. Any suggestions about where I'm going oh-so-wrong?
Hi thanks for watching. We'll see can we get you sorted. To outline the letters, you must download it on its own (no image behind it) with a transparent background and upload it to a new page. The Edit photo and go to Shadows and Select Outline - colour and thickness etc. If this is what you have done and you can only see an outline on your main image then I would say you need to select position at the top and bring your 'Letter Image' to the front and then add a shadow outline to it. Hope this helps! :-)
Thank you so much for trying to help! Unfortunately, no matter what, I've got the same problem. I have a "map" as the background, and then a starfish layered on top of that, and then I'm using the word "starfish." After the whole manipulation of inputting the image in every letter (which works fine), when I go to "remove background" the starfish remains. This would be the same as your flamingo on top of the feathers, correct? Everything SHOULD work but I cannot get the letters to outline. In fact, if I try, the image embedded in the letters actually MOVES. Even if I experiment with letters on a page completely blank (new page), grouping letters or ungrouping, I can't GET to the "edit photo" because it's not a photo. I went back into the page where I removed background (but the starfish doesn't go anywhere), went into layers and DELETED the starfish layer. Once I do that, I'm up against the same wall. I cannot get just the letters to outline or actually do anything at all because the "edit photo" option is gone. I'm going to keep trying....starting totally from scratch. And it's not even Friday yet....
By George, I think she's got it! So, I started from scratch AGAIN but this time selected only photos from Canva's photo library. NOW everything works. This may be a screwed up function of this particular computer (I have 3 desktops, a couple of laptops, a couple of tablets and dual monitors everywhere....used to own another business run out of this same basement, but I sold it a couple of years ago. All of these computers are set up to help run THAT business so there's some differences from the norm. If I understood it, I'd change it!) I will try to save files in a different way to see if that fixes all the problems. Wish me luck, and thank you again for your wonderful tutorials. And your absolutely charming accent. Well, accent for this American! :-)
@@HowToPix. thanks! Does it need to purchased subscription or we can use it for free? Is it accessible here in Philippines? Actualy when I saw this video i jumped right away into my canvapro and did it so easy and i love how your videos very transparent and so clear with explanations
@@TheCloud-Nine Yes, there is an initial payment upfront and then a yearly upgrade fee. Not sure if available in Philippines... but i did a lot of research at the time and thought it was the best one. Thanks for watching and your kind comments.
What am I doing wrong, I keep getting very large letters all stacked on top of each other after I have filled in the frames and lined them up with the photo and remove the back layer

Watching it again, I see you did do that and I'm not sure why it was out of place

Thanks so much! Thanks for watching
That design is very innovative, I am thinking of whether or not some objects (not animal) can do this kind of effects
I definitely would think you can utilise objects aswell. Let me know what you had in mind and I'll take a look! Thanks for watching.
wow superbe, thanks a lot for your tuto and share. Greeting from France
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching!

Thanks! I have just uploaded another effect using other objects. Hope you enjoy it!
Thank you for going step by step in your instruction. Sometimes with tubers videos they either go to fast or not showing every step.
You are so welcome!
One suggestion, on the download screen, if you change the "size" option, the saved images will fit your 'art board' (as you called it).
MARVELLOUS, keep growing 🎉
Thank you so much 😄
Beautiful

What am I doing wrong, I keep getting very large letters all stacked on top of each other after I have filled in the frames and lined them up with the photo and remove the back layer
Hi, can you attach a pic of what's happening, and I'll try and sort it out for you... t
