I simply don't understand. What is the difference between hurom H70 and H400. Why has company launched the product hurom H70 when there is nothing new in it comparable to hurom H400!!
*UPDATE* after trying it for first time, arrived yesterday (I am a previous Nama J2 user) This easy clean design is liberating and fast, used standard kitchen faucet. I think I was done in under a minute. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you again John!
Thank you 🙏 John I just now ordered the H70 using your *NOSCRUB* code. after watching your comparisons of all three models 310, h70, 400 it was clear to me… h70 suits my needs, also it comes across to me that it may be portable, if I need to take with me. Thank you for great reviews. A week ago I bought the H400. Then I ordered the H70 after watching your video. For some reason, my pulp was on the wet side with the H70. I juiced apples, carrots and ginger. The same ingredients were bone dry in my H400. Trying to figure out if I did something wrong. I will be returning one of the juicers. I really want the H70 to work out since it takes up a little less space. But, if the pulp is going to be this wet, I will be wasting juice.
Just purchased the Hurom H70. I have an older Hurom but am disabled and on oxygen and the cleanup has gotten so difficult I just don't juice. I think this juicer will solve my problem. If I don't care for the exrtra pulp I can strain. Thanks so much for the video and encouragement.
I’ve ordered this juicer but is missing a simple detail. It should include a form fitting sieve for the juice receptacle for the times that you’d like your juice strained.
Thank you John. The easy clean & no extra sorbet attachment, has me considering purchasing this one. I love my Nama J2 but the cleaning is intense, 2 years now.
Totally agree on the Champion juicer for banana sorbet, I’ve tried a number of juicers and ice cream blenders, I’ve purchased a 2nd hand champion from Facebook marketplace for £60 purely for sorbet 👍
Would you be willing to make a video comparing the Nama J2 with this one using leafy greens (plus harder veggie such as celery)? Is Nama J2 still your fave? Thanks!
So, which are the juicers that contain these cancer causing chemicals but do not list the disclosure? And are all juicer hoppers bpa free that u know of? Tha ks for anorher thorough, great video!
Juicers made in Korea use BPA-FREE plastics in the parts that touch the produce/juice. I have seen Chinese branded (cheap) juicers use plastics that contain BPA. Several companies such as Nama, Tribest and Sana don't have prop 65 warnings on their juicers.
I need some advice....I know that the Nama j2 is one of the best in the business, but my budget allows for $200...maybe $250. Do you have any recommendations for a juicer at that price point, or should I just save for a few months and buy the nama?
At this point, I have not identified any REALLY good machines in the $200-$250 range. Honestly, save up for the Nama J2, Namawell also has no-interest financing and you can make payments so you can buy it sooner rather than later.
I am currently testing this model, so I can get to know it better. I like cleaning the H70 over the J2 for sure, but I love the j2 hopper size 3 Liters(!) both operate in a similar manner.
you can take this WHOLE juicer in your carry-on, since there are no blades. however, they will want to inspect it. I have taken juicer with me many times.
I do not recommend to dishwashing any plastic slow juicer. A matter of fact this machine just needs spraying off in the sink to get clean. No dishwashing necessary.

I am not a fan of the Sana 868 since it is basically a rebadged Kuvings EVO820. Watch ruclips.net/video/pDsgwi9NYuc/видео.html for a comparison of the evo820 to the nama j2
The Hurom H320n is now available in the USA. Like the Nama J2 it uses a screen, but its not the same exact machine. It also has a significantly shorter warranty, so i this case i would recommend the j2.
I'm starting to use a kind of Indian style mortar and pestle pressing against a fine mesh in a vacuum/CO2 container instead of my slow juicer or blender. It chews the food better with zero oxygen.
@@discountjuicers Don't think I'm making a video, or a product. I'm too old for that, I made it just for personal use. I based it on videos of ancient Indian bull-powered groundnut oil extraction machines, but used stainless steel. It seems that they are used a lot in Africa as well. It really crushes the cell walls, and without the heat of the blender. It's like a slow juicer but with more pressure and abrasion to chew better, and the vacuum sucks the oxygen from the juice as the cell walls are opened. Feel free to take the idea, it's actually a pretty easy machine to make. I also learned a lot from your videos.
@@discountjuicers A few problems my machine solves: Vacuum blenders go to only about 5% oxygen, if you want to go lower than that you need to replace the gas in the container. Blenders also add heat as they move too fast, higher crushing pressure with a slower speed is better. Simply pressing like the Pure isn't enough either since there isn't a vacuum to drain oxygen from the juice as it comes out, and it doesn't destroy the cell walls well (that's why the juice comes out too liquid). Slow juicers lack the high crushing pressure of other machines and lack the vacuum.
@@jamesjonnesI agree with your analysis on the pros and cons of several options, slow juicers vs vacuum blenders. However, wonder how you do this, and would be really great for all of us out here if you could share more information on your method.
@@peterwestender Search for kharal machine. Use some reinforced stainless mesh instead of the traditional mortar, add a lot of pressure to the pestle. It's basically a slow juicer but with focused infinitely small space for better grinding (slow juicers depend on the pressure generated by the food, so resulting particle sizes are large. There's a fixed space between the screw and the screen. If the screw was being pressed to one of the sides then it would also grind food to powder particle size like blenders and the mortar and pestle). With some modifications to be faster/add more pressure maybe a wet grinder could do the job as well.
I think that it’s very important to have a juicer where the pulp is dry otherwise you losing a lot of juice and money I use a small horizontal Korean juicer which is rebadged from a top brand and the pulp is drier than most vertical juicers

Hey John, any news on when the new Void Blendtec vacuum lid with the improved pump will come out?
Hopefully next year. They are waiting for their patent to be approved.

What is the California prop cancer update
Hurom is telling me the Prop 65 is due to the cord that is used to plug this juicer into the wall, so it does not come in contact with any food.
Is this juicer best for fruits or veggies
It will work for both fruits and vegetables.
What's the difference between Hurom H70 and Hurom H400?

@@discountjuicers Great. I want to purchase either the H400 or this H70. So I am anxious to see your review of the 2.

Does it do nut milk too
Yes, it can do nut milk, however it does put more texture in the nut milk than say the Nama J2.
Thank you! Definitely going to sell my current juicer and buy. I'm sick of juicing all my celery it takes so long!
How would you know if you’re getting ripped off with a juicer?
I would only know after testing and considering the price as related to other similar juicers.
