I'm sorry I have absolutely no sympathy for Ant! He's lucky he didn't kill someone, he should be banned from driving and charged with dangerous driving while drug and go to prison! But because he's a celebrity he'll get off with a fine and go to rehab! Any one else would have the book thrown at them. Disgusting
They were quick to throw the book at another celebrity the previous week saying he should be fired etc. He thinks he can get away with murder because he’s a celeb, proven once again last week and not turning up to court for his divorce settlement
If they had a guest on who was caught Drink driving they would passive aggressively pull them apart.All these people on TV think they above everyone else.This incident proves they are not.I don't watch TV because of the back patting people who are only in your camp if it's of use to them.ITV especially is nothing but a self satisfying institution of jobs for the boys.All it does is advertise itself.Cant stand most of the personalities.Never ever drink and drive.Never ever drug and drive.

Dan Tyler Agreed! Thank God nobody was killed. I'm sure his troubles are not over because he has to probably deal with a higher insurance rate and I'm sure the family will sue him for damages. What I don't understand is that if his mother was in the car why did she get in the car if he was drunk?
Ash Bayer it's not that simple....if it were he'd be in a better state. There are obviously underlying reasons. It's different for everyone and people drink for all sorts of reasons. Thank goodness the family involved are safe and I am sure traumatised....so let's support and thank full no one died and ant is getting the help now

Take into consideration how distraught he was about his divorce and then he was addicted to painkillers I don't think it is as simple as u are suggesting about his lack of care for road users. I am glad nobody go seriously hurt. He has stated how thankful he is for every opportunity in his life so he obviously does care. I think he is a genuinely nice person who had a lapse in concentration with everything else going on in his life. I do not agree with drink driving whatsoever I just think we need to take things into consideration before jumping to a simple and incorrect conclusion.
